Spring Craft Show

SHOW INFORMATION FOR CRAFTERS:
Friday, May 8th, 2020 from 5 pm – 9 pm & Saturday, May 9th, 2019 from 9 am – 2 pm
*One FREE meal is included (in the ticket price) for Saturday. Additional meal tickets will be available for $5.00 (Lunch will be a Burrito & Taco Bar)
*Friday – Cookies & Coffee will be served.
– ONLY ONE VENDOR OF EACH COMPANY WILL BE ACCEPTED. Post 179 reserves the right to disallow crafters or vendors deemed not appropriate or within the terms and conditions of the show that follow:
– Previous Show Crafters & Vendors are allowed first right of refusal and have until the 1/21/19 to get their applications in.
-The show will be held on Friday, May 8th, 2020 from 5 pm – 9 pm & Saturday, May 9th, 2019 from 9 am – 2 pm at the American Legion Post 179.
-Space is limited. Tables are assigned on a first come first serve basis.
-One (or two) 8-foot table(s) & two chairs will be provided based on the selected booth space size.
-TABLE COVERINGS ARE NOT PROVIDED.
-This show is an open concept there are no curtains to mark off the booth areas.
-SET-UP TIME Friday, May 8th, 2019 at 3 PM. You may set up at any time. Please be ready to go no later than 4:30 pm.
–If you would like to have your products featured, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com or through Facebook messenger with the following: 2 new (edited) images of your favorite product, a short sentence about your business + product, and your business Facebook page.
-Please bring your own change.
-Please enter through double doors on the North side of the building.
-Food will be available at in the clubroom – Orders can be placed using your table number. You may pay with cash, debit, or credit card.
-Leaving early is not acceptable and could result in crafter/vendor not being invited to future shows.
-Electricity will not be available.
-Vendors need to park towards the rear of the parking lot to make room for show attendees

*Please Note: If a vendor has already been accepted by your company, your information will be put on our waiting list and your payment will be mailed back to you.

* Please note: We ask that each vendor/crafter share the event on their social and digital media to help with marketing efforts. If you want your booth/company to be advertised on social and digital media. a logo & link to your social media page or website is required. If you would like to offer a discount or special the day of the event then please send the information, with your logo if available, to Info@americanlegionpost179.com and the organizers will post it on social media as soon as they can.
American Legion Post 179 agrees to advertise on television station community calendars, Post 179 Marquee, Post 179’s Facebook page – with event boosting, American Post 179’s website, other area legions, craigslist, & yard signs.
Vendors/Crafters that would like to be promoted on social media need to provide a company logo, if applicable, and a clear description of products on the vendor application. Please e-mail logos to email@example.com.
