Painting & Print Artists
I’m Julie Vesely. My “Altar Ego” is the part of me that longs to connect ~ to my Inner Self, to Nature, and to Others. “Earth Prayers” reflect and hold the energy of my need to make order from disorder, my love of color and beauty, and my desire to share myself and what I see with others. I create Earth Prayers from bits of nature that I collect on meditative walks in my city, on nearby mountain hikes, on vacation in the Pacific northwest, and in the Southwest! It is a practice of attention, awe, and non-attachment. My shop sells framed art prints, cards, and other items from my Earth Prayers.
My art form is in Mixed Media and Acrylic, my art is an expression celebrating the joy in nature and self-expression. I began drawing pictures and writing poems at the age of 8. I have studied art in school
In 2000, I moved to the state of Nayarit, Mexico to continue my studies of art. I participated in many art shows
While living in San Poncho, Mexico, I continued my study at the Puerto Vallarta Cultural and Art Center for 18 months.
This began my love for Mixed Media Art. I displayed my paper Mache art at the Galleria Flores in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Art at Your Fingertips
FAS Arts wants to help connect you with inspiring art. My mission here is twofold: to provide clients with various pieces of artwork, and to serve as your personable guide for deciding which pieces fit your style and budget.
Also, I accept commission painting requests…Contact me to specify the art technique, theme, color, and size of the canvas.
My photographs cannot be construed as something that truly exists. They are intended to be seen as a representation of my creativity, artistic intent, and desire to create a unique world rather than as documentation of the world we live in. I want my photographs to not only show that the images were taken with a camera but that they were created by an artist.
I’m an alcohol Ink Artist who immerses herself in a vibrant tapestry of mediums, ranging from the ethereal dance of alcohol inks to the rich strokes of oil paints. The medium I choose is an ode to the story yearning to be unveiled—a visual symphony echoing the essence of my journey. Every canvas is a chapter, every stroke a sentence, as my art becomes the living embodiment of my narrative. It’s an intricate weaving of moments lived, a bouquet of emotions akin to a resilient flower standing unwavering or a landscape that awakens beneath the enchanting hues of a twilight kaleidoscope. Each piece is a transcendental journey through my memories, an odyssey that aims to stir a visceral connection in those who gaze upon it.
