NIC Holiday Bazaar & Jamboree honoring Veterans in Soulard Park, Mo.

Vendor registration open for NIC’s Sat, Nov. 11, 2023 Holiday Bazaar & Jamboree honoring American veterans at Soulard Park in St. Louis, Mo.

Join Neighbors Impacting Communities to honor our U. S. Veterans during our inaugural Holiday Bazaar and Jamboree from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.* on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Soulard Market Park in St. Louis, Mo.

This inaugural event will include free entertainment and activities for patrons of all ages. Bandstand line-up will include music, dance and more – especially highlighting local students and acknowledging our veterans for their service. All vendors are asked to offer a special discount or gift for American Veterans (with ID). NIC plans to offer a free beverage to our Veterans as well, pending weather forecast – hot coffee/tea if cool or iced lemonade if warm.

As of July 25, booth and food vendor reservations are open. Food TRUCKS set up is either 3-6 p.m. on Friday or Saturday 6-7 a.m. Food vendors with trailers must have transportation vehicle removed from festival area by 7 a.m. on Saturday. BOOTH set-up is either 3-6 p.m. on Friday or after 7 a.m. on Saturday. ALL vehicles must be removed from festival area by 8 a.m. Saturday. Festival opens to the public at 8 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m.* on Saturday. All vendors must be packed and out of the festival area by 6:30 p.m.* Saturday. Entertainment/Activity schedule will be made available closer to the event date. Please note: Private, overnight event security will be hired for 6 p.m. Friday to 7 a.m. Saturday – to augment city PD and park ranger patrols. However, all vendors must have their own insurance . Neither NIC nor City of St. Louis may be held responsible by vendors for any loss or damage due due to lack of supervision during these times.

*101823 Update: We just got LIGHTS in the trees that will allow us to party past dark. This will allow venders to stay past 5 p.m. at no additional cost – but event closes at 8 p.m. prompt and ALL vendors must be packed at out by 8 p.m. Saturday.

Registration Deadlines:

1) Early Bird by 11 p.m. CT on Aug. 27; 2) Standard by 11 p.m. CT on Oct. 22, 2023; 3) Late by 11 p.m. Nov. 5, 2023 – Limited spaces available. NO registrations accepted after 11 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, 2023.

Vendor Fees:

Single space/tent 10 x 10: 1) Early Bird = $100; 2) Standard = $150 ; Late = $200

Double vendor space/tent 20 x 10: 1) Early Bird = $150; 2) Standard = $200; Late = $250

Food vendor tent 10 x 10: 1) Early Bird = $150; 2) Standard = $200; Late = $250 ;

– Food tent, truck or trailer / double up to 20 x 10: 1) Early Bird = $200; 2) Standard = $250; Late = $300; Triple up to 30 x 10: 1) Early Bird = $250; 2) Standard* = $300; Late = $350

Note: All Food Vendors will be placed on the outer edge of the festival space.

- Non-profit*, Information Only* & Youth Entrepreneur* table under “Big Top” tent: 1) Early Bird = $25; 2) Standard = $50; Late = $75 – NOTE: No financial exchanges (sales, donations, etc.) permitted for non-profit and information tables. *Passcode available via email with neighborsimpactingcommunities@gmail.com – please request at least 1 week prior to Aug. 27, 2023 registration deadline.

Eventbrite payment options include credit/debit card, PayPal or Google Pay.

Vendor Guidelines:

  • To participate, ALL registrations must be registered using this form.
  • All registered vendors are required to adhere to the City of St. Louis and St. Louis Health Department guidelines and permits – detailed at https://www.stlouis-mo.gov/government/departments/health/environmental-health/food-control/information-for-food-and-beverage-establishments.cfm. For more information, call (314) 657-1539 or email foodcontrol@stlouis-mo.gov. All permit/insurance fees required by the City of St. Louis are the responsibility of the vendor with confirmation to NIC a minimum of 5 days prior to the event.
  • Online/credit card payments subject to fees (typically 8.55%) set by Eventbrite and payable by the vendor.
  • Pre-paid vendors via CashApp coordinated directly with NIC must submit this registration form and pay by deadlines specified above using promo code provided by NIC.
  • All vendor spaces are outdoors. Limited number of sites with electricity are available for an additional $25 fee and will be determined by NIC. All vendors are expected to bring their own tents, tables, chairs, etc. Electric heaters are prohibited within festival area.
  • Attention Food and Booth vendors (not Non-profit, Information Only & Youth Entrepreneur table): Upon completion of paid booth reservation, please sign up for your site preference via Sign Up Genius link provided in confirmation email from Eventbrite. See event map below for consideration.
  • NO alcohol, weapons, illegal or counterfeit items may be sold by registered vendors during/at this event.
  • This event will continue regardless of weather, unless authorities close the park for emergency conditions.
  • All fees are non-refundable.
