The art event of the year! Our three-day outdoor art festival focuses on one thing: world-class art. But, we are not just about art though. We offer something for everyone with culinary displays, live performances, and family areas to keep your team busy while you peruse all the art! (Shhh, that’s our secret) Held every Presidents’ Day Weekend, the Arts Festival is one of the nation’s premier arts festivals and is hosted right here in the charming waterfront village of Coconut Grove. More than 280 internationally-recognized and jury-selected artists showcase their spectacular works with Biscayne Bay as the backdrop. We invite you to visit the Arts Festival this February and learn why we’ve been at the top of everyone’s list for 59 years.

By attending this Event, I consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded, and to any use, by Engage Live, LLC., Loud And Live, and each of their respective successors, assigns, affiliates, employees, agents, representatives, vendors, and licensees (the “Event Parties”) of my likeness, voice, and name in connection with the Event Parties use or exploitation of the Event Content, in any and all manger and media, in perpetuity.

I, on my own behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, executors and administrators, hereby unconditionally release, waive and forever discharge the Event Parties from any and all actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, claims or demands, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unseen, of any kind or nature, arising directly or indirectly in connection with my participation in the Event. This release shall apply to any loss of or image to my personal property, and to any personal injury (including death) that I suffer, including, without limitation, any loss, damage or injury sustained or allegedly sustained by me due to the negligent acts or omissions of the Event Parties.

I acknowledge that this Event is Rain or Shine! All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.
