2020 PATTONVILLE BAND BOOSTERS CRAFT FAIR – CANCELED!

Plans are to continue with this annual event in 2021.

Craft Fair with 243 Crafters/Vendors Booth Locations

Pattonville High School; 2497 Creve Coeur Mill Rd Maryland Heights, Missouri: More than 200 crafters and vendors all in one place, meeting all of your holiday shopping needs and decorating wishes.

Saturday, December 5,2020 9:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M.

The Pattonville High School Band Boosters Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to sponsoring an annual craft fair in support of the Band Programs for more than 30 years! Crafters return year after year due to the great success and continued comradery and amenities.  Customers come each year for the large variety and accessibility to handcrafted items that cannot be found anywhere else!

• “We have been coming for eight or nine years, (there’s) tons of traffic, it’s nice, advantageous and very flexible and we thoroughly enjoy seeing our repeat customers who enjoy our variety of handcrafted items such as paperback items, button vases, dog treats, nail polish, homemade cards and handcrafted magnets.” Susan and Karin Oelzen.

Cost per space (approximately 10’ wide X 6’ deep) is $55.00 (After November 1, 2020 the cost will be $65.00). Each space comes with two chairs and one 8’ x 30” table. You may bring your own table and deduct ($7.00) from the booth fee; table must fit in the space allotted.  Electric is $5.00 extra and spaces are limited. 243 spaces are available. This event is sponsored by the Pattonville Band Boosters Association.

Doors will open at exactly 6:30 a.m. All crafters must be completely set up by 8:45 a.m.

• All items to be sold must be hand-crafted, with the exception of Direct Sales.
• Set up times can be Friday night for select areas only or Saturday morning for everybody

• The Pattonville School District, Pattonville High School, and Pattonville Band Booster Association are not responsible for any items left on the premises overnight.
• Anyone NOT at their space by 8:30 a.m. on the day of the fair will forfeit their space(s). Other crafters may purchase your space. There will be NO REFUNDS.
• Move your vehicle to the designated parking area as soon as you finish unloading to allow other crafters access to the unloading area.
• All crafters are required to leave their displays up until 3:00 p.m. on the day of the fair. Packing and/or leaving early is unfair to other crafters as well as to the consumer.
• All displays must be ready no later than 8:45 a.m. on the day of the fair.
• NO REFUNDS will be given after August 31, 2020
• Only money orders will be accepted after November 1, 2020
• Crafters are responsible for bringing adequate change. We will not be able to make change for you.
• Confirmation of your space(s) will be sent to you as soon as we receive and process your application.
• Children MUST be accompanied/supervised by an adult. There is not adequate space to allow playpens behind your table. Be considerate of those next to you.
• Pattonville School District has designated Pattonville High School as smoke free environment. Smoking or use of tobacco products is not allowed in the buildings or on the campus grounds.
