Going to Need Coffee
It has been a long weekend of family and shopping. We hope you had a blessed Thanksgiving with family/friends.
We also hope you survived Black Friday shopping and found just the right thing at a great bargain. And maybe after you left the big stores you found your way to your local shops later in the day or on small business Saturday.
Sunday was indeed a day of rest for most. Were you still eating leftovers on Sunday or did those not make it past Friday?
I’m sure it is just a matter of time before Sunday has an official name as well.
Today the shopping starts again. But no crowds, no long lines and you don’t need to worry about where to park the car. It’s cyber Monday. Time to finish up the weekend of shopping online.
Don’t worry if you missed small business Saturday, you can still shop small at Etsy or Amazon handmade. The artisans appreciate you purchasing from them.
Your choice to shop small has a direct impact on the lives of the vendor. It provides them the money pay their bills or buy their own Christmas presents. When you shop local, the money directly back in your local economy.
So, grab your coffee and turn on your computer. It is time to shop Cyber Monday!!!
Which reminds me, I need to buy coffee.
