We are excited to bring you the 3rd Annual Shades of Black: Culture Fest!
Help us put Umoja in CommUNITY as we celebrate Juneteenth weekend. Support over 20+ small business owners, get to know local artists, meet your neighbors and enjoy the festivities! Everyday and especially on this day we honor our ancestors who have endured and survived years of sadness, confusion and cruelty in order for us to regain freedom of ourselves, by celebrating, networking and showing love to each other while being in community.
Kids are encouraged to attend and add to our community art project, get their faces painted and play games.
In honor of all the great fathers we will be handing out fathers day gift bags as well.
