Fall Craft Fair 2023

Sell your unique gifts at the Larson’s Fall Craft Fair! The fair will take place inside our beautiful garden center greenhouse. Some outside spots may be available weather permitting. Register for one day or the whole weekend. Fair dates and times are Saturday, October 21st and Sunday, October 22nd from 10am-4pm both days. Booth fees are $40 for 2 days, $25 for 1 day. Along with the space charge, please donate an item to be raffled off. Item to be donated by Saturday, October 21st 10:00 am – the start of the craft fair.
Larson’s will be selling fall items including pumpkins, mums, hay bales, and other fall decor. We will also have activities for kids including crafts and games. We are thrilled to have a food truck onsite both days. “I Know A Guy Deli” food truck will be onsite Saturday and Sunday selling sandwiches, salads and more. We are excited to welcome local artisans to showcase and sell their items in a craft fair format! Our last few craft fairs were huge successes and we can’t wait to do it again!
Here are some of the details:
Vendor setup and breakdown: Set-up is between 8:30 am – 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday morning. The store will be open to the public at 9:00 am. The fair officially begins at 10:00 am and all vendors are to be set-up by that time. If you are a one day vendor your table and items need to be cleaned up by 4:00 pm of that day. For 2 day vendors all tables and displays can be left overnight. The store is closed and locked overnight.
Please bring your own tables and chairs. Please note tents are not necessary since you will be inside the garden center greenhouse. You will have a 7×7 booth space. A standard 6-foot table will fit nicely. If you need additional space, please email Larson’s Garden Center’s Business Development Director at lisa@larsonsgardencenter.com to discuss a possible outside booth space. Tents will be allowed with tie-downs/weights if necessary outside on the garden center property. Outside spots will not exceed 10×10 booth space. A commitment to an outside spot will be in place rain or shine. Outside spaces are limited. No electricity is available inside or outside. Every vendor will be required to sign a waiver. You are responsible for taking payments directly from your customers.
Payment for your booth space can be paid on Eventbrite or In-store at Larson’s Garden Center. The payment deadline to reserve your spot is 10/18/23. Please note, we will not be restricting the number of sellers in any category because every artistan brings their own energy, flair and uniqueness to their work.
