Where: Liberty House is a beautiful barn-turned-tearoom on a gorgeous property in Maple Plain, MN.

When: Saturday September 9th, 11am-6pm.

Who: Local artisans looking for their next pop-up event.

What: Handcrafted items that are beautiful and ready to sell.

Vendors are responsible for:

• Outdoor booth spaces are 10x10ft.
• Indoor booth spaces are for 8ft tables.
• Vendors are to bring all elements neede for their booth including canopy (outdoor vendors only), tables, chairs, etc.)
• Outdoor vendors are required to bring a canopy and 30lb weights for each leg, for safety.
• All other items necessary to make sales – products, decor, tablecloths, etc.
• Cash to make change.
• We strongly suggest having a method for taking card sales.
• Market will be held rain or shine so we ask that you are prepared with adjustable displays if needed.
• Cancellations only 1 month in advance, with a return of half the initial cost.

How will shoppers find this event?

• The location is across the street from Mama’s Happy (open during our market) which will bring many shoppers to us as well!
• Social Media promotion. Once approved for the market, social media promo graphics will be sent to vendors to promote this beautiful event.
• Liberty House is hosting us, so we hope their customers will enjoy exploring some beautiful handmade goods as well.
• Email invitations to friends, families, and past customers.

What kind of handcrafted goods are you looking for?

• We are looking for a variety of goods as long as they are family-friendly (i.e. no cuss words, no adult images…)

How many spots are available?

• There a 5 spots available inside, and 10 spots availabe on the property surrounding the building.

2. Please include contact information and any explanation that may be necessary for your products.
3. Once approved for this event, you must submit the $30 table fee via Eventbrite to confirm your spot. Please do not pay for a ticket via Eventbrite until you receive an email approving your application.

Know that we cannot accept all vendors, but we would keep you in mind for future events.
