Art in the Garden Part 2

Art in the Garden is an art exhibition that highlights diverse voices in the Detroit Metro area with an intent to support and provide local artists with an opportunity to exhibit and sell their work while also giving the community access and exposure to various forms of art in the city of Detroit. This Part 2 exhibition, in conjunction with Griffin Garden’s last Farmer’s market of the year, is a continuance of our first Exhibition that was abruptly interrupted due to rain and hell. We felt the artists and the community deserved another opportunity to support and purchase great art! Curated by Mariah Mitchell in partnership with Marilyn Griffin of Griffin Gardens, will showcase the talents of Nia Crutcher, Elijah Dooley, Viniecia Will, Jennifer Mones, Carrington Bourne, Angel Young, and Amanda Brezzell. These artists represent a diverse palette of mediums, artistic styles, and messaging. Several artists will also be doing live paintings during the show!

Food and drinks will also be available for purchase.

So come out, take a walk around the garden, and celebrate and support these amazing artists located right in our city!
