The Fall Fun Festival presented by Saint Luke’s East Hospital is coming to downtown Blue Springs on September 15, 16 & 17, 2023! Admission to the festival is FREE and all are welcome! Come out and enjoy the parade, handmade crafters and vendors, carnival, live music & performances on two stages, festival food, car show and more!
