Xmas Market Place @ The Manassas Mall

Manassas Mall is a shopping center located in Bull Run, Virginia. Built in 1972, it is managed and partially owned by the Pyramid Companies. formerly by Vornado Realty Trust which shelved its regional mall holdings in 2014. The mall is anchored by Macy’s, Sears, Walmart and At Home. 

Event Location – By Walmart and the Xmas Tree.

The Event Manager is the organizer of the afore mentioned event and the vendor is engaged in the business of direct sales and/or local merchant. Set up is at the Manassas Mall by Walmart. The fees covers vending area, permit and insurance. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and All spaces are on a first paid basis, NO HOLDS.

The hours for the mall are:

Friday 8am-8pm

Saturday 8am-8pm

Sunday 9am-6pm

1Table and chair will be provided. If available, cost of extra table is $50 per day.

Vendors should bring their own table clothes. Table clothes should cover the table all around and nothing under the table must be visible. Extra stuff must be taken to the car.

Event fee is non refundable except the mall does not open.

Only one Direct Sales company per day please.

Please check the list of registered vendors before signing up. There will not be DUPLICATES of direct sales vendors (no 2 Paparazzi vendors etc.) PLEASE! Only sign up if you don’t see your direct sales company already represented.

All areas must be kept clean.

The Manassas mall will not be liable to any theft of vendors item. Payment fee is an agreement to all rules, policies and regulations
