Small Business Saturday Vendor Fair
Louisville Downtown Partnership is hosting a pop-up vendor fair to celebrate Small Business Saturday’s “Shop Small” to engage our local communities and support the small business economy. All small businesses are welcome to participate!
Join us on Saturday, November 25, 10am to 3 pm.
Bring your business to the Small Business Saturday Vendor Fair at the Louisville Marriott Downtown in beautiful Downtown Louisville, located at 280 W. Jefferson St. The vendor fair will be located on the 2nd floor ballroom with setup beginning at 8am.
Don’t miss out on this exciting event that promotes SHOPPING SMALL to kick off the holidays!
Interested in becoming a vendor for this event? It’s easy, see guidelines below.
- Pay vendor fee of $50
- Submit your COI (Certificate of Insurance)- REQUIRED
- Stock your inventory
- Have your tablecloth ready
- Show up with a positive attitude
- Sell, Sell, Sell!

We provide the following items at the event:
- 1 table & 2 chairs per vendor
- Safe & fun environment
Do you sell food / beverages?
Due to the requirements of the host location, all vendors that sell food / beverage items must:
- Submit food/ beverage permit – REQUIRED
- Provide pre-packaged (sealed) food items- REQUIRED
Vendor Registration ends November 10
