Mistletoe Market 2024

Calling all artists, local craftspeople and makers! Silverton Creative District invites you to help make the holidays a little brighter as a vendor at the Mistletoe Market! This fun and family friendly holiday tradition will take place at Kendall Mountain Community Center on the evening of Friday, December 13th, and will feature refreshments, kids craft activities, and a cash bar! With Christmas only a few weeks away, this is a great opportunity for local creators to sell their wares and contribute to holiday cheer in our community.
Event Date: Friday 12/13/2024
Location: Kendall Mountain Community Center, 1 Kendall Place
Event Time: 5 pm – 8 pm
Set Up: 3 pm – 4:45 pm
Break Down: 8 pm – 10 pm
Booth Fee: $25 per table
What to Bring: Table, table cloth, decor/displays, change bank and cc payment devices, hand sanitizer/wipes. SCD will provide chairs.
SPACE REQUEST DEADLINE: FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6TH
Appropriate vending items include but are not limited to: knitting/crochet, quilted/sewn items, baked goods/holiday treats, jewelry, painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, pottery, etc. Please no mass produced items. Nonprofits are also welcome to sell memberships, collect donations or sell logo merch as a fundraiser. In keeping with our mission to promote Silverton’s artists and creatives, SCD reserves the right to deny participation for vendors selling inappropriate items. Vendors may not break down or move out until after the official 8 pm end time. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come first served basis. Vendor fees are not refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
SALES TAX LICENSE INFORMATION
All vendors must obtain the following permits:
1) Town of Silverton Special Event Vendor Permit

2) Colorado Department of Revenue Sales Tax license

Please allow sufficient time for processing the applications. Retail vendors must collect tax (at the applicable tax rate of 10.40%) and you must remit sales taxes collected during this event to the Colorado Department of Revenue.
