MICCOSUKEE INDIAN ARTS & CRAFTS FESTIVAL 2023

Gather at the Miccosukee Indian Village festival grounds for four days of indigenous music and dance performances, an artisan market, alligator demonstrations, and much more at the Miccosukee Indian Arts & Crafts Festival, Thursday, December 28 through Sunday, December 31, from 10 AM – 6 PM. Take part in our holiday tradition with your family!

FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHTS:

Indigenous Food & Crafts

Savor authentic Native American dishes and browse hand-made artisan creations. From Miccosukee patchwork designs to baskets, wood-carved sculptures, and jewelry, you’ll want to get your hands on these unique treasures not found at your local mall. And if you’re craving something delicious, there are plenty of food options, including fry bread, Indian tacos, sofkee, and stews!

Miccosukee Fashion Show

Watch Miccosukee fashion come to life in a colorful display of contemporary and traditional patchwork styles. This exciting exhibition highlights the evolution of the patchwork art form as Tribal members walk the runway in elegantly crafted patterns adorning skirts, capes, dresses, and jackets.

Storytelling

For centuries, hundreds of Native American nations have passed down their history and traditions through storytelling. Stories are a way to share their culture with the world, from myths and legends to songs, chants, and prayers.

Alligator Demonstrations

Our gator wrestlers will show you how they handle these wild creatures in a jaw-dropping performance that will have you on the edge of your seat!

Entertainers

Dancers, singers, and musicians from various Tribes grace the stage to share their art with you.

FREE shuttle service to and from Miccosukee Casino & Resort/Indian Village all day from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
