The Lakeland Arts & Crafts Fair presents a premier gathering of local Artisans and Crafters, from Lakeland and the surrounding area, that are coming together to share their works with the Community.

The Lakeland Arts & Crafts Fair, poised to be one of the best craft shows in Florida, features 140 tables filled with hand-crafted items for everyone on your shopping list. The fair will be full of artists, crafters, vendors, and small businesses.

Set-up: Friday, November 10, 2023, 4:00-8:00 PM. Saturday, November 11, 2023, Venue Opens at 6:00 AM. Vendors must be set-up, and “ready-to-go,” by 9:30 AM.

Tear Down: Vendors must remain set-up; until 4:00 PM.

Standard Vendor Floor Space: (7.5’ X 8.5’) $45.00 (tables not included).

Standard Vendor Floor Space: (9.5’ X 10.5) $55.00 (tables not included).

Premium Vendor Floor Space: (10’ X 10’ ) $60.00 (table not included).

Premium Vendor Floor Space (Corner): (10′ X 10′) $80.00 (table not included).

6′ or 8’ Skirted Table/Linens, 2 Chairs & Wastebasket: $15.00

Electric: $10.00

Florida Gulf Coast Expos (FGC Expos) assumes no risk, and shall not be responsible for any damage, injury, loss, legal action, or expenses that may arise, or come to the exhibitor or exhibitor’s employee(s), or exhibitor’s goods or property, or to the public, from any cause whatsoever. Vendor understands that Vendor should carry liability insurance.

1. Vendor must make payment for floor space, prior to acceptance of an Application.
2. Vendor floor space is not guaranteed; until, payment has been made. No Refunds.
3. The Coordinator reserves the right to cancel any or all future reservations made by any Vendor acting in a manner deemed inappropriate.
4. Vendors must be present and set-up during all hours that the show is open to the public. (No early tear downs).
5. Vendors must be “ready-to-go,” by 9:30 AM the day of the show. (No late arrivals)
6. Vendor Floor Space is not guaranteed until payment has been made. (No Refunds).
7. Vendors are requested to clean up Vendor’s floor space, when the show ends.

We are requesting door prize donations,for the door prize giveaways during the day of the show. Donations are not required.
