Kittitas High School Holiday Bazaar Vendor Registration

Set up will start at 7am and you need to be set up and ready to go by 8:50am. You MUST stay set up until 3pm and all items need to be loaded out by 4pm.

We do try to limit certain vendors at events to one each i.e. Color Street, Thirty One, Rodan+Fields, etc. If we receive more than one registration for this type of business we will accept the first one and refund any others. If you would like to verify prior to registration please reach out to Stefanie at stefanielparker@gmail.com prior to registering.

By signing up to be a vendor you are acknowledging the requirement to donate at least 1 item valued at $10 or more to a raffle basket that the fundraising class will be using for a fundraising item at the event. You are more than welcome to put all your business information in with your item.

Spots are for 6ft table spaces. If you need anything larger than a 6ft table please purchase 2 table spots.

Once registration is complete and verified you will receive a confirmation email from Stefanie Parker letting you know that your spot has been secured.

If table spots are sold out please join the waitlist and if anyone drops out or can no longer be a vendor we will start at the top of the waitlist and work our way down.

There are NO REFUNDS given once vendor registration closes. Please remember this is a fundraiser and the group pays the event brite fees for registrations and refunds. Thank you for understanding.
