Denver BAZAAR brings its holiday shopping extravaganza to Downtown Lakewood for three weekends this November & December!

Holiday BAZAAR returns to Belmar District taking over a huge 27,000 sq foot indoor space right next to the plaza with 80+ craft vendors and fashion trucks, holiday-themed pop-up bars, food trucks, live entertainment & more. The series kicks off on November 17 -19 with the highly anticipated return of the Belmar Plaza outdoor ice skating rink and continues on December 1-3 and December 15-17!

The Rink at Belmar has their grand opening on November 17th and is open for the holiday season from 11AM – 10PM on Fridays & Saturdays. The Rink will also host classic holiday movie nights. Their full schedule of events can be found here.

Belmar was built in 2004 to bring back the golden days of Lakewood. In its heyday, downtown Lakewood was home to the Villa Italia Shopping Center. And before that, home to May Bonfils-Stanton’s Belmar Mansion. Clearly a magnet for movers and shakers. A place where people could come together to shop and dine.

Given the vision of many over 15 years ago, Belmar today is the shopping and dining destination of Lakewood. Located at the corner of Alameda + Wadsworth, Belmar offers over 80 shops and restaurants, entertainment and events along with several live + work arrangements.

What is Downtown Lakewood Holiday BAZAAR?

The first of five consecutive weekends of Holiday BAZAAR and three total weekends at Belmar, Downtown Lakewood Holiday BAZAAR is a 27,000 sq ft indoor marketplace featuring 80+ carefully curated vendors, fashion and food trucks, pop-ups bars serving up festive holiday sips, live music, workshops. Weekend 1: November 18 + 19 celebrates the Annual Tree Lighting and Grand Opening of The RINK at Belmar, the shopping district’s highly anticipated outdoor ice skating rink!

Where is it?

The indoor marketplace is located at 439 S Upham St, just off of Belmar Plaza and directly next to The RINK. Find the plaza right across from the Target parking lot or just behind Tstreet.

Where do I park?

There are ample parking lots, garages, and street parking options throughout the Belmar property. Free parking is available at the West End Garage on S Vance St.

If you plan to Shop & Sip, we strongly encourage you to join us by Lyft or Uber!

Do I need tickets?

Nope! Entry is totally FREE. You can upgrade your experience with Shop & Sip tickets available above.

YES! All Shop & Sip tickets include a Denver BAZAAR commemorative cup, holiday shopping bag, or lip balm.

How does VIP work?

On Saturday & Sunday only, VIP ticket holders will be allowed into the event with their first bottomless mimosa 30 minutes early. Our Holiday BAZAAR events get very crowded, so this is your opportunity to get a first look before everyone else arrives. VIP entrance will open at 10:30AM and bottomless mimosas will go until 1PM.

What is Friday happy hour?

The best happy hour deal in town! On Friday night only, you may enjoy bottomless beer & wine from 4-6pm. ($25 Advance, $30 At the Door)

Where do I check in for my Shop & Sip tickets?

The ticketing booth will be conveniently located right at the entrance to the venue. Stop there to pick up your goods or purchase tickets!

Where do we find the bar?

As you make your way through the first room of vendors, head down the ramp. The bar will be located just to the right in the lounge! Enjoy local craft brews from Denver Beer Co, wine, and festive holiday cocktails! Non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase, as well.

Do we need Shop & Sip tickets to get drinks?

Drinks are available for individual purchase.

Is the event kid-friendly?

Absolutely! All Denver BAZAAR events are family-friendly and for all ages. Kiddos can enjoy a Holiday BAZAAR Scavenger Hunt, Holiday BAZAAR A-Z, or coloring pages in the lounge, and bring their completed project to ticketing for a prize!

Will there be food options?

Bring. Your. Appetite. Enjoy tasty eats n’ treats from local food trucks and street food vendors. Lineup to be announced soon!

Where are the restrooms?

Bathrooms are located at the rear of the front room of the venue. If you’re outdoors enjoying the Food Trucks, Fashion Trucks, and ice skating rink, you can also find public restrooms next to Locust Cider.

Can I bring my dog?

While dogs are permitted inside the venue, we do recommend leaving them at home for this event as the indoor venue can get quite crowded.

When is The RINK at Belmar open?

The Rink at Belmar is open 11AM – 10PM on Fridays & Saturdays and 11AM – 9PM on Sunday through Thursday. Learn more here.
