The 6th Annual Lauderdale Art Week (January 20-28, 2024) is a dynamic initiative born from the evolution of Fort Lauderdale Art & Design Week, a transformation aimed at embracing the diverse artistic landscape sprawled across multiple cities in Broward County. (LAW) stands as a testament to the collaborative spirit of artists, cultural institutions, and enthusiasts throughout the region, marking an annual celebration of art and culture that stretches beyond the boundaries of Fort Lauderdale. This vibrant event is more than a mere week; it’s an embodiment of our commitment to spotlighting the richness of Broward County’s artistic tapestry, steering the county towards recognition as a global cultural hub.

The week showcases the vast amount of cultural opportunities the city has to offer residents, collectors, dealers, art enthusiasts and visitors and also be a platform for research and promotion of the arts, its relationship to the community and discussions over contemporary art trends in the areas of the Arts, Architecture, Cinema, Dance, Music, and Theater. This week also helps promote diversity, bring neighbors into dialogue, increase creativity, and offer opportunities to cultivate civic pride.
Lauderdale Art Week partners with the county’s most prestigious institutions to feature select aligned programming, including museum exhibitions, artist studio tours, gallery openings, get-togethers, events, architectural walks, roundtables and professional encounters and more.
It serves as breeding ground for finding synergies and exchanging ideas, along with the parties, music, nightlife, and culinary experiences that make Greater Fort Lauderdale one of the best destinations in the world to visit in the Spring.
