2026- Downtown Tyler Art Festival Vendors

Tyler Art Festival is a free community event designed to increase our local artists’ visibility and attract people to downtown Tyler.
We invite artists who create and make their art! We will include painting, sculpture, photography, textiles, mixed media, and more. No resellers and no mass-produced, unsigned works are allowed.
5th Annual Tyler Art Festival

- 10 am to 5 pm
- Caldwell Arts Academy Soccer Field (Bois D Arc/Woldert)
BOOTH INFORMATION
Spaces are allocated by each 10×10 space and $60 each. (For a larger space, please purchase multiple spaces.)
For an additional $15, you can choose your space. This is on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you do not choose to select your space, staff will assign you a space. Once you have registered, a staff member will reach out to secure your requested spot.
Please note: This fee is for the SPACE ONLY. Participants are responsible for their own setup (table, chairs, easels, other display set up, tent, etc.)
RULES/REGULATIONS
CHECK-IN: Check-in will begin at 8:00 AM the day of the event, September 19th, 2026. All participants must check-in.
SET UP Times:
Row A – 8 to 8:15 AM
Row B – 8:15 to 8:30 AM
Row C – 8:30 to 8:45 AM
Row D – 8:45 to 9 AM
Artists will be able to drive up to the drop-off area during their allocated time. Artists MUST unload and move vehicles from the area before setting up the tent and display.
FESTIVAL HOURS: Saturday, September 19th, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
LOAD OUT: No loading out before the festival ends at 5:00 p.m.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
- Artists must be present during the show
- All work presented must be of the artist exhibiting
- No booth sharing
- Collaborating artists must explain their process in the application
- Artwork or other items may not be displayed anywhere else besides the allocated space provided to the specific vendor
- Staff reserves the right to limit vendors with duplicate items
SALES: Vendors retain all revenue from the sale of their work. Artists are responsible for collecting and paying all taxes.
BOOTH FEE REFUND POLICY: No refunds; the event is rain or shine.
