This will mark our grand opening!\n\n\n\nYou are invited to vend at a special open-air arts market featuring temporary shaded pathways that takes place each Saturday in the heart of Roosevelt Row! \nPlease read this listing carefully\, as this market REQUIRES straight-leg 10×10 canopies for the Canopy and Food Stand Zones to construct the temporary shaded pathway. If you do not own a straight-leg canopy\, you can rent one from us. Simply add a Canopy and/or Table Rental to your order\, which can be picked up when you arrive. \nThis market is open to all creative small businesses\, regardless of skill level or craft. Boutiques and resellers are accepted as long as you present your products in a tasteful and creative manner. We reserve the right to expel any vendors who we feel might be misrepresenting their involvement in the creation of their products. \nThis is a Family Friendly Event. No 18+ Products are allowed \nWe reserve the right to remove any vendors for any reason at any time. \nRefunds: No refunds or credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. \nPlease note this is is a rain or shine event. \nThere is a limit of 2 Hot Food Stand/Drink Cart Vendors at each market. Do not purchase a non-food pass if you intend to prepare and sell food. \nAbsolutely no Multi-Level Marketing or Services/Promotions are allowed. \nPay very close attention to the ticket you purchase. Spaces are assigned on a first-come\, first-serve basis\, but are not guaranteed. \nDo not claim a space until you are assigned by the organizer. \nCertain spaces are reserved for volunteer vendors. \nSpaces are assigned at the discretion of the organizer. starting from the north side of the lot and moving to the west entrance. You will only be allotted a space in the colored zone stamped on the ticket you purchased. \nDAYTIME MARKET: \nSet-up time is from 7:30 am to 9:00 am! \nHave a copy of your specific ticket on hand for correct placement. \nVendors must be ready to sell by 9:45 am. \nEach booth comes with staging space behind them. \nYou may begin packing up no earlier than 3:45 pm and must be off the lot by 5:00 pm. \nALL VENDORS MUST LOAD IN FROM THE ALLEYWAY LOCATED TO THE EAST OF THE LOT. NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE MARKET LOT FOR LOADING OR UNLOADING FOR ANY REASON. Please do not block alleyway access to other vendors with your vehicle during set-up times. Unload your gear first and then find parking. DO NOT SET UP YOUR BOOTH WHILE YOUR CAR IS IN THE ALLEYWAY. Similarly\, we ask that you pack up your booth before bringing your car to load your gear. This greatly reduces the time needed for set-up and break down\, ensuring a better day for everyone! \nAt 9:00 – 10:00 Central Arts Market staff will assemble the temporary shade structures as well as the signage for the market. Please do not interrupt the staff setting up the shade tunnel unless there is an emergency. \nVERY IMPORTANT: NO PARKING INSIDE THE MARKET. DO NOT PARK ANYWHERE INSIDE THE MARKET FOOTPRINT. IF YOU ATTEMPT TO PARK INSIDE THE LOT WHERE VENDORS ARE LOCATED\, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO VEND IN FUTURE EVENTS. NO WARNINGS. THIS INCLUDES BLOCKING THE ALLEYWAY\, SIDEWALKS\, OR DRIVEWAYS. \nSpace is limited. Please do not attempt to set up unless you have reserved a spot through this listing. \nThere are restrooms available in the adjacent businesses located around the area. \nThis market is self-guided and run by fellow vendors who are more than happy to guide you to your space and answer any questions you might have. \nWe hope to see you there!
