DESCRIPTION:Escalante Canyons Art Festival Arts and Craft Fair\n\n\n2023 Arts and Crafts Fair\nVendor Registration\nSpaces are limited and registration is on a first come – first served basis\, so please register early!  We will accept vendor registrations until Thursday\, September 21\, 2021 if space is still available. \nEvent Hours\nSet-up : \n\nThursday\, September  21 -10:30 AM to 6:00 PM \nFriday\, September 22 – 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM\n\nFair Hours: \n\n Friday\, September 22 – 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM\nSaturday\, September 23 – 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM\n\nClean-up:  \n\nSaturday\, September 23 – 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM\n\nVendor Spaces\nVendor spaces are 10’ x 10’ units\, with or without electricity\, in a street or lawn setting.  Vendors must furnish all tables\, chairs\, coverings and display items.  Note that only 6 spaces with electricity are available.  \nEarly:  April 1 – June 30 ($10 off regular registration) \nStandard:  July 1 to September 3 \nLate: September 4 to September 2`1 (additional $10 fee) \nSecurity\nSecurity is not provided by the festival and is the responsibility of the individual vendors. \nRegistration constitutes agreement to hold harmless Escalante Canyons Art Festival for any loss or damage.  \nRefunds for Cancellation\nRefunds will be provided up until 30 days prior to the arts and crafts fair. \n \nPlease contact the vendor coordinator at ks1festival@yahoo.com  or 435-616-1075 if you need assistance.
