DESCRIPTION:Florida Gulf Coast Expos organizes and produces Arts & Crafts Fairs\, in conjunction with Medical Care and Healthy Living Expos.\n\n\nCelebrating the Creativity of Our Community … \nThe Punta Gorda Arts & Crafts Fair presents a premier gathering of local Artisans and Crafters\, from Punta Gorda and the surrounding area\, that are coming together to share their works with the Community. \nThe Punta Gorda Arts & Crafts Fair\, poised to be one of the best craft shows in Florida\, features 140 tables filled with hand-crafted items for everyone on your shopping list. The fair will be full of artists\, crafters\, vendors\, and small businesses. \nContact: Jeff Fanning (Event Manager) Cell: (727)434-1702; Email: gcexpos@gmail.com \nSet-up: Friday\, September 8\, 2023\, 4:00-8:00 PM. Saturday\, September 9\, 2023\, Venue Opens at 6:00 AM. Vendors must be set-up\, and “ready-to-go\,” by 9:30 AM. \nTear Down: Vendors must remain set-up; until 4:00 PM. \nStandard Vendor Floor Space: (7.5’ X 8.5’) $45.00 (tables not included). \nStandard Vendor Floor Space: (9.5’ X 10.5) $55.00 (tables not included). \nPremium Vendor Floor Space: (10’ X 10’ ) $60.00 (table not included). \nPremium Vendor Floor Space (Corner): (10′ X 10′) $80.00 (table not included). \n6′ or 8’ Skirted Table/Linens\, 2 Chairs & Wastebasket: $15.00 \nElectric: $10.00 \n \n\n\nFlorida Gulf Coast Expos (FGC Expos) assumes no risk\, and shall not be responsible for any damage\, injury\, loss\, legal action\, or expenses that may arise\, or come to the exhibitor or exhibitor’s employee(s)\, or exhibitor’s goods or property\, or to the public\, from any cause whatsoever. Vendor understands that Vendor should carry liability insurance. \n\nVendor must make payment for floor space\, prior to acceptance of an Application.\nVendor floor space is not guaranteed; until\, payment has been made. No Refunds.\nThe Coordinator reserves the right to cancel any or all future reservations made by any Vendor acting in a manner deemed inappropriate.\nVendors must be present and set-up during all hours that the show is open to the public. (No early tear downs).\nVendors must be “ready-to-go\,” by 9:30 AM the day of the show. (No late arrivals)\nVendor Floor Space is not guaranteed until payment has been made. (No Refunds).\nVendors are requested to clean up Vendor’s floor space\, when the show ends.\n\nWe are requesting door prize donations\,for the door prize giveaways during the day of the show. Donations are not required.
