DESCRIPTION:Shop art from over 200 Artists at this 65th Annual Chicago Art Fair while indulging in food\, drinks\, and live music in downtown Chicago!\n\n\nCelebrating 65 years\, the Gold Coast Art Fair returns to Chicago’s Grant Park on Saturday\, June 17 and Sunday\, June 18 (A great family activity for Father’s Day Weekend!)  \nThis award-winning\, family-friendly art fair welcomes more than 200 juried artists from around the country\, creating an exceptional\, shoppable art experience. Paintings\, sculptures\, jewelry\, ceramics\, mixed media\, and more will be exhibited and available for purchase!  \n$10 admission per person\, per day\, will benefit Chicago Furniture Bank. Kids 12 and under are admitted for free. Easy parking is available in the Millennium Parking Garage right off Columbus Street. The show is handicap accessible and wheel friendly.  \nLive music stages in various locations along with delicious food\, beer\, wine and sangria throughout Butler Field add to the festive atmosphere. New this year\, Amdur will be offering “Start to Paint” on-site painting classes for kids and adults and “Kids Art Stop” where artists invite children to stop at their booth to learn more about the art-making process.  \nAttendees are invited to bring their gently used wall art to the festival where it will be donated to the Chicago Furniture Bank\, a nonprofit that distributes furnishings and art to those leaving shelters and moving into permanent housing. Several artists from this show are participating in Amdur Productions’ Green Ribbon Project. Artists place a green ribbon on a piece of art in their booth\, and if the piece is sold\, 10% of the sale will be donated to Amdur’s 2023 charitable partner\, Chicago Furniture Bank.  \nFor more information\, contact Amdur Productions at 847-926-4300. \nThe winner of $100 Art Bucks will be contacted via email the Thursday prior to the show opening.
