DESCRIPTION:Join us  at the 2025 Brooklyn Borough Arts Festival for a celebration of Brooklyn’s public school student artists and performers!\n\n\nWelcome to the 2025 Brooklyn Borough Arts Festival! \nHundreds of students from over 110 public schools in Brooklyn are celebrated with their works of art and performances at the 11 annual Brooklyn Borough Arts Festival. Student achievement from every district and grade level will be featured in a single afternoon at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum where the gallery will be filled with over 200 works of art and the best of theater\, music and dance is performed on a stage set under the beautiful pavilion on the Museum’s rooftop. \nFamilies\, educators and the community at large are all welcome to attend this free\, but timed-ticket event \nThe program (subject to slight modifications) is as follows: \n12:00 PM: doors open to public \n1:00 PM: 11th Annual Brooklyn Borough Arts Festival opens with remarks from officials \n1:15 – 4:00 PM: 11 performances in music\, theater and dance are given at roughly 15 minute intervals on the rooftop. The gallery is simultaneously open inside for public viewing. \n1:00 – 2:00 Performances from: Brooklyn Summer Pathways (Dance)\, 75K721: P.S. K721 – Brooklyn Occupational Training Center\, 15K124: P.S. 124 Silas B. Dutcher\,  21K228: I.S. 228 David A. Boody \n2:00 – 3:00 Performances from: 15K656: Brooklyn High School of the Arts\, 22K425: James Madison High School\,17K590: Medgar Evers College Preparatory School\, 21K525: Edward R. Murrow High School\, 22K234: J.H.S. 234 Arthur W. Cunningham \n3:00 – 4:00 Performances from 15K124: P.S. 124 Silas B. Dutcher\,17K189: P.S. 189 The Bilingual Center\,15K051: M.S. 51 William Alexander\, Brooklyn Summer Pathways (Orchestra) \n4:00 PM: Visual arts gallery viewing continues. \n5:00 PM: 11th Annual Brooklyn Borough Arts Festival closes. Art remains on display in the gallery through June 15. \nAll guests are invited to register for a one-hour time slot to ensure that the most families are able to enjoy the Festival within our space and capacity limitations. \nVisual Arts Exhibit will also be on view at the Brooklyn Children’s Museum from June 2 through June 15. \nMuseum Hours: \nWednesdays- Sundays: 10 am – 5 pm \nClosed Mondays and Tuesdays
