DESCRIPTION:Set in Glencoe’s prestigious and historic downtown\, this charming festival is the perfect way to spend a weekend with friends and family.\n\n\nSign up here for the chance to win $100 in Art Bucks for purchasing art at the festival! \nSet in Glencoe’s prestigious and historic downtown\, just blocks from Lake Michigan on Chicago’s magnificent North Shore\, is the 14th annual Glencoe Festival of Art!  \nThe festival features more than 90 juried artists showing and selling paintings\, sculptures\, ceramics\, glass\, jewelry\, and more!  \nThis is a FREE event and there is plenty of nearby free parking! The show is also wheelchair and stroller accessible. \nThere are activities just for kids and live artist demonstrations\, as well as non-stop live music along with restaurants and cafes on the festival route offering delicious meals and tasty treats.  \nAttendees are invited to bring their gently used wall art to the festival where it will be donated to the Chicago Furniture Bank\, a nonprofit that distributes furnishings and art to those leaving shelters and moving into permanent housing.  \nSeveral artists from this show are participating in Amdur Productions’ Green Ribbon Project.
