Artisans Holiday gifts\, Crafts\, Home Goods\, Glassware\, Jewelry\, Textiles and more are welcome to register as a vendor for the the Holiday Market 2023! \nEvent location\, date and time; \nSpringfield Town Center (Mall) 2nd floor only \n6500 Franconia-Springfield Pkwy \nSpringfield\, VA 22150 \nDate\, Saturday December 2\,2023 from 10:00 am- 9:00pm \nSunday December 3\,2023 from 11:00 am-7:00 pm \nThe Ethiopian Christmas Market include the following for vendor \n\nOne Six feet table with black table cover\, and two chairs\nPhotography latter can be used to advertise on his/her personal usage\nThe event will be promoted in digital screen in seven places for the entire month in November through the last day of the event December 3\, 2023.\n\n1) Gebre Tensae Pastry\, Falls Church VA \n2) Meda Kitchen and coffee\, Arlington VA \n3) Yeshi Kitfo\, Falls Church\, VA \n4) JD bar and restaurant\, Alexandria Va \n5) Nazreth Baltena\, Alexandria\, VA \n6) Dama restaurant\, Arlington\, VA \n7) whole food\, Springfield\, VA \n\nYour own video record promoting your product\, brand and that you are going to be at the event will be promoted in social media. PAIDE ADD BY THE ORGANIZER.\n5000 paper flyers\, 5*7inches will be distributed throughout DMV area.\n\nIMPORTANT INFO -PLEASE READ \nEVERY VENDOR must e-mail product information (SHOP@THEDOKAGET.COM) for review. Vendors ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL COUNTERFEIT product\, DRUG \, ALCOHOL \,FOOD or WEAPON. \nVENDOR REGISTRATION FEE; Once your product has been approved by the SPRINGFILED MALL management\, and vendor registration is complete\, registration is final. NO REFUND! \nSETUP AND TAKE DOWN: \nSet-up is allowed during non-Center shopping hours only and must be completed by Center opening time. Set-up time is two hours before the mall opens 7:00 am-9:00am. If set-up is not completed before opening the mall management will stop you from doing so and the event organizer (DOKA GET) is not responsible. \nThe event organizer (DOKA GET) will not assign\, or reserve space. Space occupancy is by first come and first serve base only. All vendors are required to be open for business during mall opening hours. Please claim your space and have all merchandise set-up before the Center opening. After opening any unused tables will be removed. \nTake down is at closing on the last day of the event DECEMBER 3\,2023 after the Center closing. Vendor is responsible for leaving the Place in a broom clean condition. If vendors remain in possession of the Space and fail to vacate that will be unlawful trespass and all such persons shall be subject to immediate removal. \nA minimum of a 10-foot walkway must be maintained between exhibits in accordance with local fire codes. No storefronts and/or emergency exits shall be blocked. Structures shall not exceed 6-FEET IN HEIGHT. Mall Management reserves the right to request moving or relocation of displays/set-ups. \nSTORAGE: \nMerchandise must be neatly contained within the confines of the table or units provided. Coats\, pocketbooks\, and other personal belongings should be stored out of sight. NO CARDBOARD BOXES OR MILK CRATES ARE PERMITTED. Mall Management and event organizer (DOKA GET) is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. \nTRASH: \nAll trash must be contained inside the Premises. is responsible for disposing of trash. No trash will be placed on or around the Center bin. Trash must be kept in the bin\, completely concealed from the public. \nSEATING AND TABLE: \nThe Center provides seating and table. No folding chairs and table\, lawn chairs\, or other seating are permissible. Under no circumstances may vendor or its employees or associates use/bring food court chairs or any other Center furniture to the Premises. \nVISUAL MERCHANDISING: \nNo helium balloons will be allowed in the Center at any time. No stickers\, adhesive tape\, nails\, tacks or screws\, signs\, or merchandise are to be affixed directly on to the table\, unit\, floors or walls. All signs must be professionally printed. Unacceptable signs are handwritten. Sale signs are only permitted during Center wide sale promotions \nBUILDING/FIRE PERMITS: \nVendors are required to follow all state and local regulations in regard to Building and/or Fire Permits. Power tools\, glass blowing torches\, lighted candles or machinery of any kind are not permitted in the Cente
