DESCRIPTION:Get into the spirit of the season with Silverton Creative District’s Mistletoe Market!\n\n\nCalling all artists\, local craftspeople and makers! Silverton Creative District invites you to help make the holidays a little brighter as a vendor at the Mistletoe Market! This fun and family friendly holiday tradition will take place at Kendall Mountain Community Center on the evening of Friday\, December 13th\, and will feature refreshments\, kids craft activities\, and a cash bar! With Christmas only a few weeks away\, this is a great opportunity for local creators to sell their wares and contribute to holiday cheer in our community. \nEvent Date: Friday 12/13/2024 \nLocation: Kendall Mountain Community Center\, 1 Kendall Place \nEvent Time: 5 pm – 8 pm \nSet Up: 3 pm – 4:45 pm \nBreak Down: 8 pm – 10 pm \nBooth Fee: $25 per table \nWhat to Bring: Table\, table cloth\, decor/displays\, change bank and cc payment devices\, hand sanitizer/wipes. SCD will provide chairs. \n \nSPACE REQUEST DEADLINE: FRIDAY\, DECEMBER 6TH \n \nAppropriate vending items include but are not limited to: knitting/crochet\, quilted/sewn items\, baked goods/holiday treats\, jewelry\, painting\, sculpture\, drawing\, photography\, pottery\, etc. Please no mass produced items. Nonprofits are also welcome to sell memberships\, collect donations or sell logo merch as a fundraiser. In keeping with our mission to promote Silverton’s artists and creatives\, SCD reserves the right to deny participation for vendors selling inappropriate items. Vendors may not break down or move out until after the official 8 pm end time. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come first served basis. Vendor fees are not refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. \n\n\nSALES TAX LICENSE INFORMATION \nAll vendors must obtain the following permits: \n1) Town of Silverton Special Event Vendor Permit \nhttps://drive.google.com/file/d/1yG6xGH5o6tBRyQf-cIqw82eDZFcBj0ca/view \n2) Colorado Department of Revenue Sales Tax license \nhttps://tax.colorado.gov/how-to-apply-for-a-colorado-sales-tax-license \nPlease allow sufficient time for processing the applications.
