SUMMARY:Xmas Market Place @ The Manassas Mall
DESCRIPTION:We are planning a Christmas market place in the Manassas Mall for the last two weekends in December and looking for unique vendors.\n\n\nManassas Mall is a shopping center located in Bull Run\, Virginia. Built in 1972\, it is managed and partially owned by the Pyramid Companies. formerly by Vornado Realty Trust which shelved its regional mall holdings in 2014. The mall is anchored by Macy’s\, Sears\, Walmart and At Home.  \nEvent Location – By Walmart and the Xmas Tree. \nThe Event Manager is the organizer of the afore mentioned event and the vendor is engaged in the business of direct sales and/or local merchant. Set up is at the Manassas Mall by Walmart. The fees covers vending area\, permit and insurance. All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and All spaces are on a first paid basis\, NO HOLDS.  \nThe hours for the mall are: \nFriday 8am-8pm  \nSaturday  8am-8pm  \nSunday 9am-6pm  \n1Table and chair will be provided. If available\, cost of extra table is $50 per day. \nVendors should bring their own table clothes. Table clothes should cover the table all around and nothing under the table must be visible. Extra stuff must be taken to the car. \nEvent fee  is non refundable except the mall does not open. \nOnly one Direct Sales company per day please. \nPlease check  the list of registered vendors before signing up. There will not be  DUPLICATES of direct sales vendors (no 2 Paparazzi vendors etc.) PLEASE! Only sign up if you don’t see your direct sales company already represented. \nAll areas must be kept clean. \nThe Manassas mall will not be liable to any theft of vendors item. Payment fee is an agreement to all rules\, policies and regulations \nDisclaimer: Please note that we just provide a place for vendors to pop up but we do not guarantee amount of sales. Products and engagement with customers determines this. \n \nList of Registered Vendors
