DESCRIPTION:Hang your art at fotofoto gallery’s “Summer Jam”. All types of art are welcome. Registration open Now until July 25th 6pm.\n\n\nSales are open now\, Exhibit dates are: July 30st through August 22nd 2026. \nOur “Summer Jam” show is a non-juried show open to everyone and is an opportunity to have your best work displayed in our gallery. All art is welcome\, including composites\, photography\, painting\, mosaics\, sculpture\, or any other fine art work. \nAll accepted work will be exhibited. \nFor a fee of $40 per entry\, your work will be displayed on the walls of fotofoto gallery in Huntington\, NY for the duration of the show. \nPlease note that only one artwork per artist will be accepted. \nAll 2 dimensional submitted work must be ready to hang. \nMaximum size is 40 inches on the long side. All 2 dimensional work needs to have D-rings attached one quarter from the top of the frame on both sides. No sawtooth hangers. \nMaximum size for 3 dimensional work is 20 inches wide\, 20 inches deep\, and 3 feet high. Artists must provide their own stands. \nWork must be in the gallery no later than July 25th\, 2026. \nDrop off dates: \nThursday July 23rd\, 12:30 – 4 PM.Friday July 24th\, 11 AM – 6 PMSaturday July 25th\, 11 AM – 6 PM. \nPick up date: \nSunday August 23rd 11am to 6pm\, or by prior agreement with an appointment. \nThe exhibit will be at the gallery from July 30\, 2026 through August 22nd 2026. \nThe Artists reception will be held Saturday August 1st\, from 5 to 7pm. \nfotofoto gallery14 West Carver StreetHuntington\, NY 11743 \nGallery Hours: Thursday 12:30 to 4pm\, Friday through Sunday 11am to 6pm \nemail us at: contact@fotofotogallery.orgphone: 631 549-0448 (During gallery hours only please) \n\n\nSummer Jam \nfotofoto gallery Artist Agreement \nfotofoto Gallery is happy to exhibit your entries\, and we thank you for helping us in our mission to promote fine art. We know how much work and dedication goes into making and presenting great art. You have our assurance that we will treat your work with respect\, hang and light it properly\, and if sold\, remit payment in a timely manner. \nThe artist agrees to: \n• submit original artwork. \n• meet the Eligibility requirements outlined in the EventBrite description. \n• grant permission to reproduce accepted entries in publications and media for educational and promotional purposes. \n• insure work for the duration of the exhibition if desired. The gallery’s insurance covers only the material cost (paper\, frame\, etc. of replacement)\, not the artwork’s actual value. \n• all work must be dropped off at the gallery\, on the drop off dates or by appointment. \n• donate 25% of the selling price should the work be sold during the show. \n• leave work on display until August 22\, 2026. \n• All accepted work must be suitably prepared for gallerydisplay. 2 dimensional work must be wired tightlywithin the top quarter of the frame. Stretched canvas\, ifunframed\, must have clean staple-free edges\, and no saw tooth hangers. We will not accept work that is unstable\, damaged\, or does not meet the specified conditions. \nIn addition to the above agreement\, please note the following: \n• we reserve the right not to display work that does not conform to the above gallery standards. \n• submitted work that is larger than the dimensions stated in the prospectus (framed no larger than 40 inches on the wide side) will NOT be hung. \n• work that arrives after hanging begins will not be displayed. \n• All work must be picked up on Sunday August 24th\, 11am to 6pm. or by prior agreement with an appointment.
