SUMMARY:Exeter NH Holiday Parade Holiday Craft Fair
DESCRIPTION:After a very successful 2022\, the 2nd Annual Exeter Holiday Parade Craft Fair returns. The craft fair proceeds help finance the 2023 parade.\n\n\nWe are soliciting for crafters/artisans to sell their wares at the fair. This is for vendor registration only\, the craft fair is a FREE EVENT for visitors/shoppers. \nSorry\, but direct sales businesses are not permitted to participate (Tupperware\, Pampered Chef\, Mary Kay\, etc.) Only professionally packaged or preserved food is allowed. \nThe craft fair will be on both floors of the Historic Exeter Town Hall. There is an elevator for those vendors on the 2nd floor. Parade volunteers will be on hand during set-up and break-down to help the crafters/artisans with their set-up. The first floor is a wide-open space\, the second floor has partitions which is perfect for those wanting to hang items to display. The first floor can get cold as the front doors will be open;  if that is a concern for you\, please consider a second floor space. New this year\, 3 spaces on the 1st floor stage. \nTables are not available. Some chairs are available to use.  \nVendors will temporarily park at Exeter Town Hall\, unload\, and then relocate their vehicles to the Town’s municipal parking lot which is just one block away. We are in the heart of downtown Exeter and there will be significant foot traffic at this event.  \nAll vendors agree to supply one item for a raffle. The item should have a value of no less than $10.00. \nParade volunteers will be on hand during the event to assist you as needed. \nPLEASE NOTE: Crafters/artisans are not allowed to leave the venue early. You may begin packing up early\, but you will not be allowed to move your wares until the fair ends at 3:00pm.
