DESCRIPTION:Vendor Registration for the 2026 Downtown Tyler Art Festival!\n\n\nTyler Art Festival is a free community event designed to increase our local artists’ visibility and attract people to downtown Tyler. \nWe invite artists who create and make their art! We will include painting\, sculpture\, photography\, textiles\, mixed media\, and more. No resellers and no mass-produced\, unsigned works are allowed. \n5th Annual Tyler Art Festival \n\nSeptember 19\, 2026\n10 am to 5 pm\nCaldwell Arts Academy Soccer Field (Bois D Arc/Woldert)\n\n \nBOOTH INFORMATION \nSpaces are allocated by each 10×10 space and $60 each. (For a larger space\, please purchase multiple spaces.) \nFor an additional $15\, you can choose your space. This is on a first-come\, first-serve basis. If you do not choose to select your space\, staff will assign you a space. Once you have registered\, a staff member will reach out to secure your requested spot. \nPlease note: This fee is for the SPACE ONLY. Participants are responsible for their own setup (table\, chairs\, easels\, other display set up\, tent\, etc.) \n \nRULES/REGULATIONS \nCHECK-IN: Check-in will begin at 8:00 AM the day of the event\, September 19th\, 2026. All participants must check-in. \nSET UP Times: Row A – 8 to 8:15 AM Row B – 8:15 to 8:30 AMRow C – 8:30 to 8:45 AMRow D  – 8:45 to 9 AM \nArtists will be able to drive up to the drop-off area during their allocated time. Artists MUST unload and move vehicles from the area before setting up the tent and display. \nFESTIVAL HOURS: Saturday\, September 19th\, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. \nLOAD OUT: No loading out before the festival ends at 5:00 p.m. \n \nADDITIONAL RULES: \n\nArtists must be present during the show\nAll work presented must be of the artist exhibiting\nNo booth sharing\nCollaborating artists must explain their process in the application\nArtwork or other items may not be displayed anywhere else besides the allocated space provided to the specific vendor\nStaff reserves the right to limit vendors with duplicate items\n\n \nSALES: Vendors retain all revenue from the sale of their work. Artists are responsible for collecting and paying all taxes. \n \nBOOTH FEE REFUND POLICY: No refunds; the event is rain or shine.
