DESCRIPTION:We’re celebrating spring by bringing 85+ booths of indoor and outdoor plants\, home decor\, art\, and more to Providence\, RI!\n\n\nJoin us on April 6 & 7\, 2024 (12-6 pm)! We’re celebrating spring by bringing 85+ vendors of indoor and outdoor plants\, home decor\, art\, and more to WaterFire Arts Center in Providence\, Rhode Island. We hope you can join us for our annual event – have a cocktail\, buy another cactus\, what’s stopping you? \nAll General Admission tickets include a drink ticket that can be redeemed on-site for a single small beer or cocktail pour\, or a non-alcoholic beverage or coffee from one of our sponsors (to be announced)! \nFollow us on Instagram and Facebook to learn more about our vendors – we’re announcing them daily! \nBLOOM FLOWER & HOME FAQ’s\nWHEN/WHERE: \nApril 6 & 7\, 2024\, from 12-6 pm at WaterFire Arts Center (475 Valley Street) in Providence\, RI.  \nTICKETS: \nTickets to this event are non-refundable\, but you can transfer them to a friend if you are unable to attend. Log into your Eventbrite account do to this\, or simply forward your tickets to another person via email. Screenshots work\, too – so long as we can see the QR code at check-in. \nPlease note that while this is a two-day event\, your ticket is good for entry on one day only\, and you must select a ticket date at time of purchase. You won’t be able to enter *earlier* than your ticket entry time\, but you are welcome to enter *later* than your ticket time. \nGeneral Admission ticket holders will receive a drink ticket that can be redeemed on-site for a single small beer or cocktail pour\, or a non-alcoholic drink or coffee from one of our sponsors! Late Entry tickets do not include a beverage. \nSHOPPING/FORMS OF PAYMENT: \nVendors will have a large selection of carefully selected goods at varying price points. Most vendors take cash\, cards\, and cash apps\, but there is no ATM on site. We recommend bringing your reusable tote bag!  \nACCESSIBILITY: \nThe WaterFire Arts Center and this event are accessible to those with mobility aids\, though the event does get busy and may be crowded. If you use a mobility aid\, please look for our security team so that they can direct you to enter the venue and wait in a reserved seating area until it is time to enter the event. \nWEATHER: \nThis event is held indoors and will take place rain or shine. There may be a short wait to get in\, which we will work through quickly\, but plan to be outside for a bit and dress accordingly just in case! \nOMG\, A BOOK SWAP!: \nBring your pre-loved books to the Bloom Flower & Home Little Free Library table and swap them out with our pre-loved books! Our book swap is free\, open to all\, and is located right behind the check-in desk. Please\, no bibles\, encyclopedias\, or text books. \nDRINKING: \nBring your ID if you plan on having delicious cocktails and beer at our bar! We card at the door. Coffee and non-alcoholic beverages will be available\, too. We recommend bringing your reusable water bottle\, as the venue has several water bottle filling stations. \nPETS & ANIMALS: \nWe love our strangely behaved rescue dogs and cats\, but this event is not pet friendly. Please leave your pets at home. This includes pets in carriers\, strollers\, and bags. Emotional Support and Therapy animals are unfortunately not allowed per our insurance\, but service animals specifically trained to provide assistance are welcome. \nKIDS: \nChildren under 4 are welcome to attend at no cost\, but anyone 4 years old and older requires a ticket for entry. Strollers are welcome\, but please be careful of our vendors and other attendees\, as this event does get busy. Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. \nPARKING: \nParking is free and plentiful in the WaterFire Arts Center on-site parking lot. There are many handicap parking spots available. Please do not park in a handicap spot unless you have the legal right to do so – we will have you towed. \nNOTICE OF FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY: \nOur events are documented by professional photographers and videographers\, as well as local media and members of the press. By attending Bloom Flower & Home\, you are entering an area where filming and photography occur. By attending this event\, you understand that you may be photographed\, filmed\, or videotaped and you hereby give Bloom Flower & Home the unqualified right to take pictures and/or recordings of you and grant the perpetual right to use your likeness\, image photo (collectively\, “image”)\, without compensation\, for broadcast or exhibition in any medium and to put the finished pictures/recordings to any legitimate use without limitation or reservation. You hereby waive\, release and forever discharge Bloom Flower & Home from and against any and all claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of your image. \nCOVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOL: \nBloom Flower & Home reserves the right to implement a mask requirement for staff\, vendors\, and guests to wear masks at the April 2024 event. We will make the determination as the date approaches. By purchasing your ticket\, you acknowledge that you have read and will adhere to these guidelines. In the event that a mask requirement is in place\, we will not allow entry to anyone without a mask on\, including children age 4 and over. \nIn the event that Bloom Flower & Home needs to be rescheduled due to COVID-19 or another reason\, tickets will not be refunded and will be valid for a rescheduled date in the future. \nBy purchasing your ticket\, you acknowledge that you have read and will adhere to these guidelines.
