Join us at the 2026 Cream of Wheaton festival to show and sell your handmade work!\n\n\nThe Wheaton Park District invites all crafters and makers to show and sell your handmade work at the 2026 Cream of Wheaton festival! \nThe Cream of Wheaton Arts and Craft Fair will take place from Friday\, June 5 through Sunday\, June 7. Cream of Wheaton kicks off summer and will feature live music\, food vendors\, a beer garden\, kids activities\, a business expo and a carnival – and attracts 10\,000+ attendees! Be part of the fun at the Arts and Craft Fair! \nArts and Craft Fair Schedule: \n\nFriday\, June 5: 4-8P\nSaturday\, June 6: 9A-8P\n\n\nSunday\, June 7: 12P-7P\n\n* Vendors are welcome to stay later or end earlier than listed times on Friday and Saturday night. Live music goes until 9:30P on Friday and Saturday and 7P on Sunday. \n \nArts and Craft Fair Details: \n\nBooth spaces are 10 ft. x10 ft. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tents and displays\, such as tables\, hangers\, boards\, crates\, sandbags\, etc. There is no electricity available at booths.\nNo food vendors or direct sales vendors will be accepted.\nBooth spaces are located on the street just outside Memorial Park. Streets are closed to vehicle traffic and Hale St. and Karlskoga Ave are used for vendors.\nThis event is outside and will be held rain or shine. There is no rain site. Artists are encouraged to have suitable materials to protect work from inclement weather.\nBooths must be set-up by 4P on Friday and disassembled and packed away by 8P on Sunday. If you are not set up by 4P on Friday\, you will not be able to begin set up until 9A on Saturday. Streets in the area will be closed on Saturday morning to accommodate the Cosley Zoo Run for the Animals 5K/10K and you will not have access to your booth until that time. If you set up on Saturday\, you will not be able to pull your car close to the booth due to the road closures.\nAll tents must be weighed down.\nSecurity will be present throughout the night but the Wheaton Park District is not responsible for lost or stolen items (including tents).\nThe Wheaton Park District reserves the right to make the final decision on vendors\, and applying does not guarantee acceptance.\nOnce your application is submitted\, 3 photos of your work must be sent to events@wheatonparks.org.\nExhibitors must be 18 years or older and must display for the duration of the show.\n\n \nQuestions? DESCRIPTION:Vendor Registration for the 2026 Downtown Tyler Art Festival!\n\n\nTyler Art Festival is a free community event designed to increase our local artists’ visibility and attract people to downtown Tyler. \nWe invite artists who create and make their art! We will include painting\, sculpture\, photography\, textiles\, mixed media\, and more. No resellers and no mass-produced\, unsigned works are allowed. \n5th Annual Tyler Art Festival \n\nSeptember 19\, 2026\n10 am to 5 pm\nCaldwell Arts Academy Soccer Field (Bois D Arc/Woldert)\n\n \nBOOTH INFORMATION \nSpaces are allocated by each 10×10 space and $60 each. (For a larger space\, please purchase multiple spaces.) \nFor an additional $15\, you can choose your space. This is on a first-come\, first-serve basis. If you do not choose to select your space\, staff will assign you a space. Once you have registered\, a staff member will reach out to secure your requested spot. \nPlease note: This fee is for the SPACE ONLY. Participants are responsible for their own setup (table\, chairs\, easels\, other display set up\, tent\, etc.) \n \nRULES/REGULATIONS \nCHECK-IN: Check-in will begin at 8:00 AM the day of the event\, September 19th\, 2026. All participants must check-in. \nSET UP Times: Row A – 8 to 8:15 AM Row B – 8:15 to 8:30 AMRow C – 8:30 to 8:45 AMRow D  – 8:45 to 9 AM \nArtists will be able to drive up to the drop-off area during their allocated time. Artists MUST unload and move vehicles from the area before setting up the tent and display. \nFESTIVAL HOURS: Saturday\, September 19th\, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. \nLOAD OUT: No loading out before the festival ends at 5:00 p.m. \n \nADDITIONAL RULES: \n\nArtists must be present during the show\nAll work presented must be of the artist exhibiting\nNo booth sharing\nCollaborating artists must explain their process in the application\nArtwork or other items may not be displayed anywhere else besides the allocated space provided to the specific vendor\nStaff reserves the right to limit vendors with duplicate items\n\n \nSALES: Vendors retain all revenue from the sale of their work. Artists are responsible for collecting and paying all taxes. \n \nBOOTH FEE REFUND POLICY: No refunds; the event is rain or shine.
