A 10’x10′ booth is $20 and a 10’x20′ booth is $40. All vendor fees are donated to the Elwood Park Baptist Church. There is a $5 fee for electric if needed. \nBy registering on this Eventbrite you are agreeing to the following terms: \n1) Pay $ 20 vendor fee for a 10×10 booth (this money will be donated back to Elwood Park Baptist Church) If you need electricity for your booth it will be a $5 add on as there is only select booth spaces with electricity. Please no generators. \n2 ) You will arrive by 8:30AM to set up your booth (you can arrive as early as 8AM). You will be assigned a location and will utilize only your booth space. To choose your own booth\, you must use a laptop or PC. \nChesapeake High School Band Boosters hosts its annual Spring Craft Fair March 16\, 2024. The fair brings in more than 170 vendors selling arts & crafts\, jewelry\, cosmetics\, glassware\, woodworks\, holiday items\, clothing and many other items.\nRegistration opens to the public November 12th\, 2023\, and ends March 15th\, 2024. Please read the event description and instructions carefully before registering for a booth.\nPricing: Booth = $55 per booth\, plus processing fees where applicable\nREFUNDS. Attendees can receive refunds up to 30 days prior to the event date. After 30 days\, refunds will not be processed; vendors requesting cancellation after this date will forfeit their registration fee. Vendors must cancel their booth space by contacting CHS Band Boosters. Additionally\, refunds will not be issued for: No shows; performance/sales of individual booths; or location of booth space. Vendors are NOT permitted to re-sell their booth spaces if they cannot attend the fair. CHS Band Boosters reserves the right to deny any request in this category. CHS Band Boosters reserves the right to move any vendor for any reason.
