DESCRIPTION:Marist School is now taking Juried Vendor applications for the 2023 Holiday Traditions show.\n\n\nSaturday\, November 11th  from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM \n  \nShowcasing over 240 talented Artists and Crafters\, Marist Holiday Traditions is one of the largest juried Arts and Crafts Shows in the Southeast. Approximately 3500 shoppers attend. Holiday Traditions is held on the campus of Marist School in Atlanta\, Georgia.   \n  \nSHOW REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: \n\nAll applicants must submit a $25.00 non-refundable application fee along with their application form. Please note that that there is an additional service fee of $3.52.\nAll items exhibited for sale at the show must be handcrafted by the exhibitor.\nResale (Buy/Sell) and home sale items are not allowed.\nAll applications will be juried by the Holiday Traditions Jury Committee and decisions are final.  Accepted vendors will be notified via email by July\, 2023. (No rejection letters will be sent.)\n\nIf accepted as a 2023 vendor:  \n\nBooth Fee:  $250.00 for inside; $200.00 for outside\, plus fees.\n\n\nInside booth size is approximately 9’x 9′.  Outside booth size is approximately 7’10”x12’6”.\nOutside booths are beneath a covered arcade.\nBooths may not be sublet or shared. The artist must be present in the booth for the entire show. \nArtists/Crafters must provide their own set-up\, tables\, chairs\, extension cords\, etc.\, appropriate for either a gym floor or an outside\, covered\, cement area.\nDisplays may not exceed 8 feet in height. Tents are not allowed.\nAccess to electricity is limited and cannot be guaranteed.\n\nRaffle Donation: All show vendors MUST donate an item valued at least $25 (for each booth rented) for the show raffle.  The item must be representative of the work sold in your booth. A gift certificate(s) will not be accepted as a raffle item.\nSet-up time is on Friday\, November 10th\, 2023. Your time will be assigned based upon your booth location. Set up time for all outside and some inside booths will be after school dismissal on Friday. To choose your own booth\, you must use a laptop or PC.  \nChesapeake High School Band Boosters hosts its annual Fall Craft Fair November 11\, 2023. The fair brings in more than 200 vendors selling arts & crafts\, jewelry\, cosmetics\, glassware\, woodworks\, holiday items\, clothing and many other items.\nRegistration opens to the public March 26th\, 2023\, and ends November 10th\, 2023. Please read the event description and instructions carefully before registering for a booth. \nPricing: Booth = $55 per booth\, plus processing fees where applicable\nREFUNDS. Attendees can receive refunds up to 30 days prior to the event date. After 30 days\, refunds will not be processed; vendors requesting cancellation after this date will forfeit their registration fee. Vendors must cancel their booth space by contacting CHS Band Boosters. Additionally\, refunds will not be issued for: No shows; performance/sales of individual booths; or location of booth space. Vendors are NOT permitted to re-sell their booth spaces if they cannot attend the fair. CHS Band Boosters will not allow vendors who purchased a booth outside of its Eventbrite registration system to set up/attend the fair.  \nCOMMERCIAL VENDORS must contact CHS Band Boosters via the link on this page prior to registration. Commercial Vendors are limited to one (1) per brand (i.e.\, Pampered Chef\, Tastefully Simple\, Pink Zebra\, etc.). If a commercial vendor under your brand is already registered\, you will be notified that registration for that commercial brand is filled and you will not be permitted to register this season. CHS Band Boosters reserves the right to deny any request in this category. CHS Band Boosters monitors registration and will cancel reserved spaces and refund money for anyone not previously approved in this category for registration.  \nALL VENDORS interested in registering should consider the following: \n\n\nVendors will select their own booth spaces in the EventBrite.com online registration system. CHS Band Boosters reserves the right to move any vendor for any reason. In the event of a booth move\, the CHS Band Boosters will attempt to provide the vendor with a similar space\, if possible\, and notify the vendor of the change via a new confirmation email. \n\n\nWhile we recognize some vendors have participated with us for many years\, we also recognize the desire of more vendors in the community to participate in our fairs. Vendors will be solely responsible for registering to get the best space available. Booth space will be sold online on a first-come\, first-served basis.  \n\n\nAll vendors must bring their own table(s) and chair(s).  \n\n\nTicket sales end when all booth spaces are filled or on the last date of ticket sales\, whichever comes first. Registration may be extended beyond the final date if necessary. \n\n\nIf all spaces in the cafeteria and/or hallway are not filled\, CHS Band Boosters reserves the right to move vendors to fill main spaces of the event. Vendors will be moved based on the date they registered and notified prior to any movement.  \n\n\nSpaces are typically 8×8 or 10×6. The craft show will be from 10-3:00 on November 11\, 2022.  Only one of each type of direct sales vendor will be allowed. \n \nOutside food sales and Direct sale vendors need to be approved. No Alcoholic items or CBD items allowed. \n \nBooths will be assigned as registrations and payments are received and I will try to vary vendors throughout the show. \n \nWifi will be available. \n \nAdvertising: \nA banner will be put up in Boone the week before the event along with yard signs.  If you want flyers to post I can print some for you to pick up or send you the download to print at  home. The show runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.\n \n \nThis popular juried show includes a lively mix of established and emerging artists who work in a variety of media. You may find glass\, original paintings and prints\, mixed media\, a wide variety of handcrafted jewelry\, hand-made purses\, fiber\, functional and decorative pottery\, intriguing photography\, wood arts\, handmade books\, and whimsical sculptures of all sizes and more. The show introduces new artists along with favorite ones returning\, all chosen by a jury of fellow artists.  Many are full-time professionals – some are represented in galleries\, some teach and all stay busy in their studios.  CAC artists have won numerous awards and commissions and have sold their works to collectors spanning multiple continents. The group has successfully produced shows in the Dilworth area for more than 20 years.\n \n \nThe Charlotte Art Collective will feature a show sweepstakes for “Basketfuls of Art” – presenting the winners with a selection of art and craft from each artist.
