DESCRIPTION:The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce’s annual Art & Wine Festival will debut this spring for the first time in its 15-year history.\n\n\nThe Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce’s annual Art & Wine Festival is moving to spring time and will take place on Saturday\, May 11\, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. along the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. \n“Our decision to shift Art & Wine to spring aims to spread the love around and spotlight our local artist community earlier in the year\,” said Meg Peltier\, president and CEO of the Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce. “Plus\, it’s just in time for Mother’s Day! So\, bring your mom along to enjoy the art\, music\, and wine selections or find the perfect gift for her from the variety of artworks available at the festival.” \nThe annual festival brings together dozens of local artists and more than 40 wine selections from distributor Kelley Beach Liquors.  \nCody Copeland will serenade the crowds from the Quietwater Beach Shell from noon to 4 p.m. The UkeLadies\, a ukulele performance group\, will also perform throughout the day. \nThe festival is free to the public\, however to participate in the wine tastings festivalgoers must purchase a ticket and receive a wristband. Wine tastings will begin at 1 p.m. and last until 4 p.m. only. \nAdvanced online ticket sales for the wine tastings are $40 per ticket and can be purchased through Thursday\, May 9. A select number of tickets will be available for purchase for $55 the day of the event. \nThe Chamber would like to extend a special thank you to Innisfree Hotels for their generous support as the title sponsor of this event. \nThe event takes place rain or shine.

Tampa Bay’s finest talents in the art industry will be honored with awards and recognition.   \nThis year’s Art Gallery Experience will be hosted at the 1920 Ybor Venue\, located in Ybor City! Come immerse yourself in a world of creativity\, diversity\, and inspiration. This experience is an incredible opportunity to appreciate and support the immense talent within the Black art community. From paintings to sculptures\, photography to fashion\, to the world of digital art\, this event showcases it all. Experience the power\, beauty\, and cultural significance of Black Art.  \nArt will adorn various areas of the venue\, with the primary gallery showcasing the work of local artists on the first floor. Savor the gallery while indulging in the soothing sound of jazz. Attendees are warmly invited and encouraged to acquire the showcased artwork directly from the artist during the event. What sets this gallery apart from others is that artists retain 100% of the proceeds from their sales on that evening.  \nLocal artists and creators in the art industry will be honored with “The Best in the Bay” awards. These awards will shine a spotlight on artists’ contributions to the arts and entertainment community within the Tampa Bay Area.  \nThe upcoming gallery will feature a unique fashion showcase\, exhibiting the artistic expression of local designers and stylists. The show will take place in the VIP Lounge\, situated on the rooftop of 1920 Ybor. \nAttire guidelines: Black\, Red &/or Gold Cocktail Attire  \nSeveral food vendors and restaurants owned by Black entrepreneurs will provide catering services for both the general admission and VIP culinary section. VIP tickets will include access to the VIP culinary section\, the Rooftop Bar\, and guaranteed seating at no additional cost.  \nTickets will be available in distinct phases with a limited number of tickets available each phase\, price will rise with each phase.
