If you would like to be a vendor at this year’s fair\, please keep reading as we’ve changed how we sell our vendor spaces to help you get your preferred type of vendor space.   \n\n\n\nThe chart above shows all our available vendor spaces. Each color represents a different set of features that will be offered at a different price point. \n\nRed: 12×12 space on the wall with electrical access ($70) \nOrange: 12×12 space on the wall and on the end of a row with electrical access ($80)\nYellow: 10×10 space on the wall with electrical access ($60) \nGreen: 10×10 space on the wall and on the end of a row with electrical access ($70) \nTeal: 12×12 space in Row 1\, not on the wall\, no electrical access ($60) \nPink: 12×12 space in Row 1\, on the end of a row\, not on the wall\, no electrical access ($70) \nPurple: 10×10 space in Row 2 or 3\, not on the wall\, no electrical access ($50) \nBlue: 10×10 space in Row 2 or 3\, on the end of a row\, not on the wall\, no electrical access ($60) \n\nWhen you purchase your vendor space\, you’ll be guaranteed a space in your chosen color with the features listed with that color. We cannot guarantee a specific space.  \nIf you purchase a booth with electric access\, this is access to one plug and it will be in a power strip. Please bring an extension cord to be sure you can reach your booth. \nDirect Sales vendors will be limited to one per product line. These spots will be reserved on a first-come\, first-served basis\, based on receipt of the vendor registration form and booth fee. Scroll to the bottom of the description to see a list of Direct Sale Lines already taken. (If you submit your payment and there is already a vendor for your product line\, your money will be refunded.) \n\n\nThe Forks Fall Craft Fair \nSaturday\, October 21\, 2023 \n2023 Vendor Guidelines \n1. The Forks Fall Craft Fair will be open to shoppers from 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. on Saturday\, October 21. The Fair will be free and open to the public. It will take place rain or shine. All booths will be located inside the Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church. \n2. There are a limited number of booth spaces available. In previous years\, we have had to turn vendors away. For this reason\, booth spaces will only be reserved once payment has been received. \n3. Vendors will be assigned an indoor booth space\, either 12 ft x 12 ft or 10 ft x 10 ft\, based on the option selected and paid for by the vendor. When you purchase your vendor space\, you’ll be guaranteed a space in your chosen color with the features listed with that color. We cannot guarantee a specific space.  \n4. Access to electricity guarantees one outlet\, but extension cords are required to reach the outlet. The vendor is responsible for providing his/her own extension cords. There are a limited number of spaces available with access to electricity/wall space\, so these spaces will be reserved on a first-come\, first-served basis based on receipt of the vendor registration and fees. \n5. Direct Sales vendors will be limited to one per product line. These spots will be reserved on a first-come\, first-served basis\, based on receipt of the vendor registration form and booth fee. Scroll to the bottom of the description to see a list of Direct Sale Lines already taken. (If you submit your payment and there is already a vendor for your product line\, your money will be refunded.) \n6. No vendor shall assign\, sublet\, or apportion any part of their space without prior written approval from the Forks Fall Craft Fair Committee. \n7. The registration fee will be non-refundable\, unless the vendor is declined for participation by the Forks Fall Craft Fair committee. \n8. Neither the Forks Fall Craft Fair Committee nor Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church is responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the vendors’ property. \n9. The vendor is responsible for providing his or her own tables\, chairs\, easels\, props\, and accessories. If a vendor has paid for access to electricity\, the vendor is responsible for providing his/her own extension cords. \n10. Vendors assume responsibility for complying with state sales tax law. Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church and the Forks Fall Craft Fair will not be responsible for collection or payment of sales tax by vendors. \n11. No radios or loud speakers are allowed in booths. \n12. No political campaigning from any booth. \n13. All items for sale and on display in booths must be free from any profane language or inappropriate themes. The Forks Fall Craft Fair Committee reserves the right to request that such items\, if displayed during the Craft Fair\, be taken down and stored out of sight of attendees. \n14. There is not a Wi-Fi network available in the Cross Center\, so vendors will not have access to Wi-Fi during the Craft Fair. \n15. Doors will open for vendors to set up at 7:00 A.M. on Saturday\, October 21. All vendors will be responsible for opening their booth on time (by 9 AM)\, keeping their booth open throughout all hours of the Craft Fair\, and supplying their own personnel to manage the booth during all operating hours of the Craft Fair. \n16. A light\, complimentary breakfast will be available for vendors on Saturday morning. In addition\, throughout the operating hours of the craft fair\, a concession stand will be available for all attendees and vendors\, including snacks\, drinks\, breakfast items\, and lunch options.  \n17. Vendors are permitted to park in the main CROSS Center parking lot to unload and set up. However\, by 9 a.m. all vendor vehicles should be moved to the lower parking lot to free up the main parking area for Craft Fair attendees. After the conclusion of the Craft Fair at 3:00 p.m.\, vendor vehicles may again move to the main parking area for clean-up and loading of supplies. \n18. DESCRIPTION:Be one of the local artisans showcasing your unique items at Larson’s Fall Craft Fair 2023! Vendors register now! Event free to the Public.\n\n\nSell your unique gifts at the Larson’s Fall Craft Fair!  The fair will take place inside our beautiful garden center greenhouse.  Some outside spots may be available weather permitting.  Register for one day or the whole weekend.  Fair dates and times are Saturday\, October 21st and Sunday\, October 22nd from 10am-4pm both days.  Booth fees are $40 for 2 days\, $25 for 1 day.  Along with the space charge\, please donate an item to be raffled off.  Item to be donated by Saturday\, October 21st 10:00 am – the start of the craft fair. \nLarson’s will be selling fall items including pumpkins\, mums\, hay bales\, and other fall decor.  We will also have activities for kids including crafts and games.  We are thrilled to have a food truck onsite both days.  “I Know A Guy Deli” food truck will be onsite Saturday and Sunday selling sandwiches\, salads and more.  We are excited to welcome local artisans to showcase and sell their items in a craft fair format!  Our last few craft fairs were huge successes and we can’t wait to do it again! \nHere are some of the details: \nVendor setup and breakdown: Set-up is between 8:30 am – 10:00 am on Saturday and Sunday morning.  The store will be open to the public at 9:00 am.  The fair officially begins at 10:00 am and all vendors are to be set-up by that time.  If you are a one day vendor your table and items need to be cleaned up by 4:00 pm of that day.  For 2 day vendors all tables and displays can be left overnight.  The store is closed and locked overnight.  \nPlease bring your own tables and chairs. Please note tents are not necessary since you will be inside the garden center greenhouse. You will have a 7×7 booth space.  A standard 6-foot table will fit nicely.  If you need additional space\, please email Larson’s Garden Center’s Business Development Director at lisa@larsonsgardencenter.com to discuss a possible outside booth space. Tents will be allowed with tie-downs/weights if necessary outside on the garden center property.  Outside spots will not exceed 10×10 booth space.  A commitment to an outside spot will be in place rain or shine.  Outside spaces are limited.  No electricity is available inside or outside. Every vendor will be required to sign a waiver. You are responsible for taking payments directly from your customers. \nPayment for your booth space can be paid on Eventbrite or In-store at Larson’s Garden Center.  The payment deadline to reserve your spot is 10/18/23.  Please note\, we will not be restricting the number of sellers in any category because every artistan brings their own energy\, flair and uniqueness to their work. \nSpace is limited.  Vendors register for your table today!  This event is free to the public.

Details follow. \n2nd ANNUAL ARTISANS & INNOVATORS MARKET DETAILS: \nDate: October 29\, 2023  \nTime: 10:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M.  \nLocation: Electric Works Forum – Building #19 \nThis event offers an opportunity to showcase and sell products. It’s timed right for early holiday shoppers!  \nTwo other events at Electric Works that day promise a great customer turnout: \nTrunk or Treat from 2:00 – 6:00 P.M. – Families from the community will gather for a night of fun\, creativity\, and\, of course\, treats! The event will be held during Electric Works’ Trunk or Treat event\, which welcomed over 600 enthusiastic visitors last year! \nShop Local Food Vendor Market from 10:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. –  Dynamo Alley will come alive with delectable delights where guests can savor a wide array of culinary delights from local food vendors who will tantalize their taste buds. \nThis year’s event also features an Entrepreneur Resource Fair during setup on 10/28 (see below). \nVENDOR INFORMATION: \nNOTE: No food and beverage vendors accepted due to the Local Food Vendor Market. However\, food and beverage vendors can sign up for the Union Street Holiday Market events running in November & December. The details and sign up are here. Application are due by 10/14/23. \nBooth Fees: $10.00 Informational Booths (no selling) and $25.00 Vendor Booths (selling in the booth) \nBooth Setup + Resource Fair: Saturday\, 10/28 from 4:00-7:00 P.M. \n\n4:00-6:00 P.M. – Vendor Booth Setup  – Vendors will be assigned a 20-minute unloading time. First-come\, first-serve. Unloading will be via the entrance off Swinney Street. Times will be emailed to you following sign-up.\n6:00-7:00 P.M.  – Small Business & Entrepreneur Resource Fair + Networking Session – Hear about support and programs for small businesses from representatives from various organizations. Enjoy dinner and/or beverages on your own at Union Street Market afterward.\n9:00 P.M. – Doors are locked at The Forum (building #19) and security will be there all night. \n\nMarketplace: Sunday\, 10/29 from 10:00 A.M.-4:00 P.M. \n\n9:00 A.M. – Building opens and vendors arrive.\n9:30 A.M. – Vendors must be at their booths and ready to sell.\n10:00 A.M. – Market opens. Vendors should remain at their booth until 4:00 P.M. Volunteers will be available throughout the day. If a vendor must leave their booth\, they should inform an on-site volunteer.\n4:00 P.M. – Tear down begins. Do not begin tear down before 4:00 P.M.\n5:00 P.M. – Tear down completed. Vendors will be assigned a 20-minute loading time. First come\, first serve. Unloading will be via the entrance off Swinney Street. Times will be emailed to you following sign-up. \n\nParking: Parking fees are not included in the booth price. Various options surround Electric Works; the closest lot is off Swinney Street. The first two hours of parking in a paid lot is free. Parking for 3-8 hours costs $1/hour (starting at $3)\, with the highest paid amount of $8. Booth area size: 10 ft. x 5ft.  \nBring: Tablecloths\, signage\, business cards\, marketing materials\, products for sale\, payment system and/or change for cash payments\, extra table if needed–must fit inside your booth–\, and candy for Trunk or Treat. Feel free to wear a costume if you’d like as well!) \nElectricity: Electricity is not guaranteed. Notify us if you require electricity or an extension cord. \nOvernight Security: Cover booth items with a tarp or tablecloth on Saturday after set-up. The Forum building closes at 9:00 P.M. Security guards are present 24/7. The building reopens at 9:00 A.M. on Sunday. \nAccepting Payments: Vendors provide their own Point of Sale system for accepting credit/debit payments plus change for cash (if accepting.)
