Join us at the 2026 Cream of Wheaton festival to show and sell your handmade work!\n\n\nThe Wheaton Park District invites all crafters and makers to show and sell your handmade work at the 2026 Cream of Wheaton festival! \nThe Cream of Wheaton Arts and Craft Fair will take place from Friday\, June 5 through Sunday\, June 7. Cream of Wheaton kicks off summer and will feature live music\, food vendors\, a beer garden\, kids activities\, a business expo and a carnival – and attracts 10\,000+ attendees! Be part of the fun at the Arts and Craft Fair! \nArts and Craft Fair Schedule: \n\nFriday\, June 5: 4-8P\nSaturday\, June 6: 9A-8P\n\n\nSunday\, June 7: 12P-7P\n\n* Vendors are welcome to stay later or end earlier than listed times on Friday and Saturday night. Live music goes until 9:30P on Friday and Saturday and 7P on Sunday. \n \nArts and Craft Fair Details: \n\nBooth spaces are 10 ft. x10 ft. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own tents and displays\, such as tables\, hangers\, boards\, crates\, sandbags\, etc. There is no electricity available at booths.\nNo food vendors or direct sales vendors will be accepted.\nBooth spaces are located on the street just outside Memorial Park. Streets are closed to vehicle traffic and Hale St. and Karlskoga Ave are used for vendors.\nThis event is outside and will be held rain or shine. There is no rain site. Artists are encouraged to have suitable materials to protect work from inclement weather.\nBooths must be set-up by 4P on Friday and disassembled and packed away by 8P on Sunday. If you are not set up by 4P on Friday\, you will not be able to begin set up until 9A on Saturday. Streets in the area will be closed on Saturday morning to accommodate the Cosley Zoo Run for the Animals 5K/10K and you will not have access to your booth until that time. If you set up on Saturday\, you will not be able to pull your car close to the booth due to the road closures.\nAll tents must be weighed down.\nSecurity will be present throughout the night but the Wheaton Park District is not responsible for lost or stolen items (including tents).\nThe Wheaton Park District reserves the right to make the final decision on vendors\, and applying does not guarantee acceptance.\nOnce your application is submitted\, 3 photos of your work must be sent to events@wheatonparks.org.\nExhibitors must be 18 years or older and must display for the duration of the show.\n\n \nQuestions? This is an outside event. It will happen rain or shine. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE\, regardless of the weather. \n2. All tents MUST have weights with no less than 35 pounds on each leg. \n3. Leave your space as you found it. Pick up all trash before leaving each day. \n4. Vendors are responsible for their own Michigan Sales Tax. \n5. FOOD AND BEVERAGE VENDORS: Food Vendors are required to have the appropriate licenses to serve food and their own insurance according to the State of Michigan. If sampling or selling\, please ensure adequate disposables for all plates\, napkins\, utensils\, etc…. \n6. Set up is each morning at 8am. Set up needs to be complete by 9:45am. Fair hours are from 10a-5p on Saturday and Sunday. You may not break down your booth until 5pm each day. Any early breakdowns\, unless otherwise communicated by Fair organizer\, Sarah Miller\, will result in being banned from any further Craft Fairs by said organizer. \n7. There is no source of power. \n8. Once you have unloaded your products\, you must park in the designated vendor parking. \n9. The organizer of the fair\, as aforementioned\, reserves the right to ask a vendor to leave if rules and regulations are not met. This includes confrontations\, violence\, illegal substances. The organizer also reserves the right to ask any vendor to remove any items that we find objectionable. \n \nRelease of Liability: Exhibitors accept full responsibility for any loss\, injury and damage to persons or property that may be sustained while on the premises. Neither Summit Entertainment Center\, Sarah Miller nor any volunteers will be held responsible for any damage\, theft or loss of displays and/or work\, nor can we assume responsibility for injury to any show participant. DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to host our annual Fall Craft Fair to benefit the high school marching band\, and we’d love for you to join us!\n\n\nChesapeake High School Band Boosters will host its annual Fall Craft Fair on Saturday\, November 14\, 2026. The Fair brings in more than 270 local artisans\, handmade goods\, and unique gifts!\n\nRegistration opens to the public on Sunday\, March 22\, 2026 at 10am. Please read the event description and instructions carefully before registering for a booth.\n\nPricing: $65 per indoor booth\, $60 per outdoor booth plus processing fees where applicable.\n\nTO CHOOSE YOUR OWN BOOTH LOCATION: Click on the Venue Map to the right. Identify your booth selection\, then click it. It will go into your order cart. \n** Booths are assigned on a first-come\, first-served policy. \n** Mobile devices do not support the Venue Map. To choose your own booth\, you must use a laptop or PC. \nCOMMERCIAL VENDORS must contact CHS Band Boosters via the link on this page prior to registration. Commercial Vendors are limited to one (1) per brand (i.e.\, Pampered Chef\, Tastefully Simple\, Pink Zebra\, etc.). If a commercial vendor under your brand is already registered\, you will be notified that registration for that commercial brand is filled and you will not be permitted to register this season. CHS Band Boosters reserves the right to deny any request in this category. CHS Band Boosters monitors registration and will cancel reserved spaces and refund money for anyone not previously approved in this category for registration. \nALL VENDORS interested in registering should consider the following: \n\nVendors will select their own booth spaces in the Eventbrite.com online registration system. CHS Band Boosters reserves the right to move any vendor for any reason. In the event of a booth move\, the CHS Band Boosters will attempt to provide the vendor with a similar space\, if possible\, and notify the vendor of the change via a new confirmation email.\nWhile we recognize some vendors have participated with us for many years\, we also recognize the desire of more vendors in the community to participate in our fairs. Vendors will be solely responsible for registering to get the best space available. Booth space will be sold online on a first-come\, first-served basis.\nAll vendors must bring their own table(s) and chair(s)and if appicable tent and sand bags for outdoor spaces.\nElectricity is not guaranteed at vendor spaces. Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own power source.\nTicket sales end when all booth spaces are filled or on the last date of ticket sales\, whichever comes first. Registration may be extended beyond the final date if necessary.\nIf all spaces in the cafeteria and/or hallway are not filled\, CHS Band Boosters reserves the right to move vendors to fill main spaces of the event. Vendors will be moved based on the date they registered and notified prior to any movement.\nSpaces are typically 8×8 or 10×6 or 10×10 for outdoors. Booth dimensions are interchangeable\, and are determined by fire safety regulations.\nCHS Band Boosters will send Vendor Information approximately 1 week prior to the event to all registered attendees.\nVendors will be required to sign a Code of Conduct sheet before they can sign into the event. Hostility will not be tolerated\, in any form\, towards volunteers\, students\, guests\, or vendors. Anyone that is in violation of this policy will be asked to vacate the school immediately. Refunds will not be provided. This is an event hosted at a school\, and staffed by students. Positive behavior is required.\nCHS Band Boosters reserve the right to charge a fee of $72 from any vendor who has not vacated the school building by 4pm on the day of the Craft Fair.\n\nREFUNDS. Attendees can receive refunds up to 30 days prior to the event date. After 30 days\, refunds will not be processed; vendors requesting cancellation after this date will forfeit their registration fee. Vendors must cancel their booth space by contacting CHS Band Boosters. Additionally\, refunds will not be issued for: No shows; performance/sales of individual booths; or location of booth space or weather (for outside vendor spots). Vendors are NOT permitted to re-sell their booth spaces if they cannot attend the fair. CHS Band Boosters will not allow vendors who purchased a booth outside of its Eventbrite registration system to set up/attend the fair.
