VFS Starlight Community Market and Community Fair

Please join us November 12th from 5-10PM for our Starlight Market and Community Fair at Violet Fringe Studios.

There will be a selection of mocktails and festive treats included at this event. We will also be organizing a raffle with prizes from our vendors. You can buy raffle tickets or earn them by completing items from our scavenger hunt.

This is a kink positive event and we require that all attendees be 18 or older – we’ll be checking IDs at the door.

Masks required inside when not actively eating or drinking.

• bearleecrafting: I’m just a bear. But also a lee, that crafts. Some say … Im Bearlee Crafting *puts on PPE*. Commissions for handcrafted woodworking and tools welcome.
• boundpunkrope: Pittsburgh based rope company creating unique affordable rope for the community. Custom orders welcome.
• Brent Pheto: Mixed media artist with a background in drawing and printmaking. He presents a world of unique characters to examine American social issues, history, and plants!
• Cassandra Von Kreep: Handmade Leather, Spikes, Horror, & Oddity Jewelry.
• ChrisMPluto: Maker of handcrafted creepy, cute, and queer amigurumi dolls and keychains. Check out their etsy store!
• Cutting Root Apothecary: Based out of Butler, PA, Michelle grows medicinal herbs and flowers which she makes into teas, tinctures, salves, and dried flower crafts. Check out their website for classes and more information.
• Fiona Avocado: Queer visual artist, educator, organizer, and writer. Fiona has been an active working artist since 2010, publishing comics and zines, creating illustrations, making prints, and assembling textile pieces using upcycled materials. Fiona’s art practice is multifaceted and explores many subjects, including everyday life, personal identity, political and social issues, alternate universes, and glittery daydreams.
• N3TTL3 aka Penny Bryant Star: Witch, artist, slut; creator of mixed media works; commissions encouraged.
• Maximus Leather: handcrafted leather fetish toys and gear, custom orders welcome.
• Queerling Collective: Queer femme kitty gxrl crafters creating latex and fiber art; custom orders welcome.
• Sad Clown PGH: Queer and trans-owned art shop selling handmade stickers and prints full of pop culture references, kitsch, and other oddities. We usually sell online but we’re trying to branch out and attend more events and work with some small businesses. Each piece we make from start to finish in Pittsburgh. We draw influence from a wide range of places like Saturday morning cartoons, neo-traditional tattoo styles, and also just scribbling with a crayon.
• SageKurai: an artist that enjoys working in a multitude of mediums and subjects. She will have her kinky themed art and massage candles along with some of her fine art pieces.
• Scarlet Thorn Leather: Local leather crafter making custom bondage gear like cuffs, chokers, and pup hoods. Commissions welcome.

Dress Code – Feel free to express yourself! Kink positive and creative styles are encouraged. Please keep all lower genitals and nipples covered at all times. We want to encourage people who are new to the scene to come and feel comfortable in a new setting. So pull out your favorite pasties and take them for a spin!

Accessibility – The space is accessible via staircase, as well as via driveway and garage door which require no steps but may require some assistance. Facilitators are eager and willing to help assist with entry.
