Commissioner Jean Monestime and the NW 7th Avenue CRA present The 3rd Annual Uptown Avenue 7 Arts & Culture Festival.
Experience the MUCE Pop up art exhibit, live musical performances, parade of cultures, Lunch & Learn with the CRA, Vendors Showcase, Intimate chats with Northside Police, kid zone, prizes and more.
