Country Holiday Fair Vendor Registration

The El Paso County Fair & Events Center is excited to host another fantastic Country Holiday Fair in before the Calhan Christmas Parade of Lights.
WE ARE SOLD OUT OF VENDOR SPACES. YOU MAY SELECT THE WAITLIST TICKET TYPE AND WAITLIST FOR FREE. WE WILL CONTACT YOU IF SPACE BECOMES AVAILABLE.
Saturday, Dec. 10, 2022 – 2pm-7pm (immediately followed by the Parade).
Vendor Set Up opens at 11am, tear down at 7pm. Early tear down not permitted.
Vendor Prices below include eventbrite fees:
Indoor 10×10 Vendor Booth Fee is $50 (+$10 optional for Electric)
Indoor 10×20 walk in corner spaces available for $65 (+$10 optional for Electric)
Indoor or Outdoor Novelty Food Booth $50 (+$10 optional for Electric)
Outdoor Food Truck Space $100 (+$25 optional for electric)
Indoor spaces include 1- 8′ table and 2 chairs.
Additional tables and chairs can be added from the add-on menu.
Activities include, Santa, Kids Crafts, Bar Service, Music, Toy Drive, and Prize Raffle both for participants & vendors.
When purchasing, choose “buy on map” option to choose your space. Remember to add-on extra chairs & tables if needed.
All Sellers: Please list the types of items you will be selling. If too many duplicates are offered we will contact you for options, including refundable cancellation. Please see image below for current confirmed Vendors.
Refunds: Registration is non-refundable. If the event is cancelled by the organizer a full refund will be given. Direct sales please contact to check availability before booking. Direct Sales such as Tupperware, Mary Kay, Usborne Books, Paparazzi, etc… will be limited to one vendor per company and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. If you register without confirming with our office, and are a duplicate vendor, we will refund the registration fee but not the eventbrite fees.
