This year we are BIGGER AND BETTER!
Enjoy a day of the family-friendly event for YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. Our signature cultural marketplace, the most prominent African Festival on the West Coast, makes a statement. Local, national, and global attendees will converge on Las Vegas. The Marketplace showcase vendors, exhibitors, dance, drums, fashion, arts and crafts, live musical performance, beverages, and other performances.
There will be interactive games, a Kid’s Corner, authentic Food, live entertainment, DJ, music, storytelling, face painting, drum circle, arts and crafts, and much more.
Shop our marketplace, buy some African crafts and fashion, learn of resources available in the community by business stakeholders/organizations, and forge new friendships and business relationships. At the same time, you listen and dance to African sounds.
What’s a festival without authentic Food? ? Visit the “Taste of Africa Food Pavillion,” and let your taste buds travel the continent of Africa with a brief stop in the Caribbean, travel down south for some good ole cuisine then dash across the border for some authenitc afro-mexican cuisine.
As the saying goes…… Good Food ? = Good Vibes ?! Afrikfest will deliver. We have a fantastic lineup of food vendors! Bring the entire family.
